I Got a Custom Good Luck Charm in Japan | Miyajima Island Experience

Here’s a really good cheap souvenir you can get in Japan. I was on Miaima Island and I found this little stall for good luck charms and they were all different. And then I noticed you can get your name painted on the back. So this is the one that I picked out. I believe it was for good luck. Can’t quite remember, but it was good. I then wrote my name out in English and she translated it into what it would translate to in Japanese very kindly. She then went and painted my name on the back before passing it off to her colleague here who very cutely used a little hair dryer to dry it off. Gave it to me for the once over, for the check, and I was on my way. Great souvenir.
