Day 2 of making meals with miso – Miso Caramel

not the consistency that I want but it has the right flavor, I can still taste the hint of dashi but not overpowering, you guys are right, I can still use this miso for making cookies but today it is the perfect dip for my rice cake then I added the remaining to my iced coffee, pretty good!
