If you tryna get roasted go to r/culinaryplating, these subs are very kind. That being said cooked salmon filet with fruit and veggies over rice has little to nothing in common with poke. I have no question that it slaps through, certainly would smash, but it is a teriyaki(?) salmon bowl.
