From the observatory deck (296.5 feet/ 90.38 metres high), you get a perfect panoramic view of Odori Park, which stretches 0.9 miles/1.5 km. Odori Park Susukino Crossing Ramen Alley Ramen Alley is famously known as the birthplace of miso ramen, a rich and hearty style that’s now a Hokkaido signature.
