[Music] The hot springs were excellent and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and the night view was amazing. The breakfast was also Japanese style in just the right amount. I didn’t have time for the stone bath, but there was a sauna as well, which helped relieve my travel fatigue. Located on the slope of Anasyama, it seems difficult to approach other than by car, but shuttle buses run frequently, so there are no issues when going to the city. You can see the entire city of Nagasaki, making the night view spectacular. The hotel room is spacious and suitable for family with kids. We used the facility as a couple. The building is old, but the interior was nicely maintained, so it was not a concern. The Japanese western room was spacious and good. The large public bath can also be used by day visitors, so it was satisfying. The breakfast was set meals in the observatory restaurant, which was satisfactory. We stayed for two nights and were able to relax. Since it is located halfway up the mountain, we use the shuttle bus to get to the station. The bus runs every 30 minutes. Room is kind of old. Maintenance is good. Onen and spa facilities is very good. Breakfast excellent for that price. Amazing. A hidden retreat. cleanse your soul and recharge your body. It seems as if the Amandi chain, which operates a few excellent day trip onsen around the area, took over this magnificent old wreck of an onen hotel and gave it a makeover. The location has beautiful views of Nagasaki on one side and Mount Aiyama on the other. The hotel side of things is a little basic and the facilities show their age, especially the bathing area, but the staff is friendly and it’s an excellent value. Highly recommended. The amenities at Hotel Amandi are great. Very convenient. They have a shuttle service that goes to and from two stations for most of the day. We got a great deal at this place. I would definitely recommend this to any friend. I used a rental car and it was interesting right from the parking lot entrance. As I went down the spiral ramp to the underground, it turns out it wasn’t actually underground. The hotel feels like it’s perched on a cliff and is very charming. The fifth floor has the check-in counter, and the breakfast at the restaurant on the third floor can be enjoyed with a wonderful view. My room had a mountain view, but it was actually closer to the hotel’s ventilation and plumbing view. Still, you can enjoy the view from the corridor while waiting for the elevator. Honestly, if you want to enjoy the night view, it would be better to choose a place on the east side, but the satisfaction compared to the price was good. The facilities are showing their age here and there, but there are signs of maintenance. The hotring is the biggest highlight. There aren’t many people, but there are quite a few users besides the guests.
