Nagoya Japan Travel Guide 🇯🇵 : 5 Days Nagoya Trip with Family
Hello everyone. Join us as we explore the beautiful city of Nagoya, Japan. [Music] [Applause] We checked in at Hotel Tiad, Autograph Collection Hotel. And here is a room tour of the beautiful hotel room. It is very spacious and had a very modern design. Definitely one of the best hotels in Japan we have stayed in. The location is also in Sakay which is very accessible and near stations and shopping malls. [Music] [Applause] [Music] We grabbed a quick lunch at Most Burger and ordered our favorite classic tomato burger. [Music] And after some walking, we had a late lunch at a Hitsumabushi Nagoya ill restaurant. This is a local delicacy and a mustry food in Nagoya as it is their specialty. Hitsumabushi is where you pour broth over the rice and grilled eel. They give several condiments as well such as wasabi and green onions to give you multiple ways to enjoy the eel. It was really good and the portion for one is actually a lot. For dinner, we ate at one of our most favorite Japanese sushi chain to eat at is no other than Sushi Raw. Here in Agoya Branch, they actually have an interactive screen on top of the conveyor belt. You can order here on the big screen and also for every certain number of plates ordered, they give you a chance to play a game and win a prize. And when you win, you get a small prize to take home. It took us several attempts to finally win one, but it was indeed a lot of fun to play while enjoying our sushi. [Music] One of the highlights of our trip was going to Legoland, Japan. It was amazing because there were so much Lego sculptures here and you literally feel like you were in a different world. The park had several places with different themes. So, this one I’m showing you is a medieval themed area. And as you can see, they do have a roller coaster ride called the dragon. It is a must ride here in Legoland, but I assure you that I think this is the scariest ride here in the park. The other rides are very kid-friendly in general. In fact, there were some rides where we just let our son ride by himself and enjoy. [Music] Another cool thing here in Legoland is on the waiting line, there are some Lego stations for the kids to enjoy so they wouldn’t get super bored on a queue. This is a ride that my son was really looking forward to. They brief you before the kids go drive the mini cars by themselves. It is so adorable to see the kids driving peacefully around the area. [Music] And of course, for lunch, we headed on to their restaurant to try out their Lego burger and Lego fries. The lovely cashier lady told me that her favorite was a teriyaki burger, and the fries is the best. So, I decided to order exactly that, and it was good. Not to mention, the fries were super adorable. [Music] We rode this cool looking submarine and went around the aquarium looking at the fishes and sharks. There were so many beautiful fishes to see and spot around. [Music] Then at the exit, my son peaked in this fish dome. And look at those clown fishes. Absolutely stunning. Welcome back to [Music] There was an area dedicated to miniature Lego sculptures of actual Japan places. The attention to details is absolutely superb. You can see that each area is meticulously made and the way they replicated the city is on point. [Music] After a long day filled with rides, you can definitely see my son is all hyped up and happy. We definitely enjoyed our day here in Legoland, Japan. [Music] I say thank you mama for bring thank you for bringing me here. The next day, we decided to visit the Toyota Commemorative Museum. I’m sure everybody know and has seen a Toyota car and it is right here where it all started. The museum preserves the original industrial plant and shows the origin of the company. The museum starts you with a textile machinery where it all originated and how they developed to be the starts of the automobile technology in Japan. They also showcased here the latest weaving machine. And no, the picture you see is not printed. It is actually woven on by their textile machine. As you go along, the museum showcases the first mold of the early vehicle and its evolution to the Toyota cars we know today. They even gave us free keychain souvenirs made on the spot by this machine. Something to remember our trip here in their museum. It was also so amazing to see how the robots assemble the car. And you can also get a firsthand experience in seeing this with a press of a button. It was such a learning experience for my son. [Music] In case you have kids with you, they also have an area for fun interactive activities to try. [Music] This is a 1-hour entry and you have to set an appointed time to enter. The facility was so cool that kids and adults can try. My son enjoyed this futuristic drive-yourself car. My son is such a car fanatic and this trip to the museum is truly a day he enjoyed. [Music] The next day we decided to visit Nagoya Castle and boy we were greeted with the most beautiful view of Sakura trees in full bloom. It was truly magical to see the beautiful trees surrounding the area. Plus they have a lot of Japanese food stalls around. We decided to try some of the delicacies they sell, and they even borrow you a mat that you can use for your picnic. After our snack, we headed into the castle grounds. Nagoya Castle is actually Japan’s first castle to be designated as a national treasure, and the picturesque view is truly something that is worth to visit. [Music] Then the next day before our flight, we had sushi for our last meal and took our time going around taking pictures and appreciating the beauty of Nagoya city. [Music] Thank you so much for watching. Bye. [Music]
