Cebu Pacific is turning up the travel excitement just in time for the holiday rush, announcing more flights to four sought-after destinations: Bangkok, Da Nang, Melbourne, and Sapporo.

Starting October 26, flights between Cebu and Bangkok (Don Mueang) will jump from three to four times weekly, with a new Sunday service giving Central Visayas travelers more chances to dive into Thailand’s vibrant street markets, golden temples, and flavorful cuisine.

Two days later, on October 28, Manila-Da Nang flights will increase from daily to 10 times weekly, with twice-daily flights every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday—perfect for those eager to explore Vietnam’s stunning coastline, UNESCO-listed heritage sites, and famed resorts.

The winter season also gets a boost: daily flights between Manila and Sapporo will begin December 10, giving Filipinos easier access to Hokkaido’s snow festivals, ski slopes, and hot springs. And for those eyeing Australia’s cultural capital, Melbourne flights will grow from four to five times weekly starting December 12, with a new Friday service.

Expanded Routes and Frequencies:

Cebu – Bangkok (Don Mueang): 3x → 4x weekly (Oct. 26)

Manila – Da Nang: Daily → 10x weekly (Oct. 28)

Manila – Melbourne: 4x → 5x weekly (Dec. 12)

Manila – Sapporo: 3x → Daily (Dec. 10, 2025 – Feb. 27, 2026)

“These additional frequencies reflect Cebu Pacific’s ongoing commitment to provide more accessibility, flexibility, and convenience to our valued passengers,” said Xander Lao, CEB President and Chief Commercial Officer. “As travel demand continues to rise, these expanded services allow us to better connect Filipinos to the rest of the world and welcome more visitors to the Philippines. Beyond convenience, this increased connectivity also plays a key role in stimulating tourism, enabling business opportunities, and strengthening economic ties with our neighbors in the Asia-Pacific region.”

Cebu Pacific has been steadily building its international footprint. It was the first local carrier to fly direct between Manila and Da Nang in December 2023, offering travelers a faster and more affordable gateway to central Vietnam’s charm. In October 2024, the airline launched Cebu-Bangkok flights, opening new opportunities for Visayas-based passengers to explore Thailand.

The Manila-Sapporo route, introduced in January 2025, has quickly become a favorite among Filipinos eager to enjoy Japan’s northern island in winter. Meanwhile, Melbourne has been part of CEB’s network for seven years, serving as a bridge for leisure travelers, sports fans, culture seekers, and Filipinos visiting loved ones in Australia.

Passengers can book these enhanced routes through Cebu Pacific’s website or mobile app, with multiple payment options such as credit and debit cards and e-wallets.

CEB now operates 37 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East—bringing the world closer to every Filipino.
