THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection will host the “Afternoon Tea ‘VOYAGE’ La saison des pêches” from August 1 to September 7.
The original mocktail features “Pure Peche,” offering the fresh fruit of peaches with a hint of tea aroma. The selection of sweets includes seven peach-based varieties like “Peach Melba” with vanilla panna cotta and fresh peaches, “Peach and Tea Tigre,” and “Peach Mont Blanc” which uses white bean paste as a Japanese essence, decorating a wheel-shaped stand linked to the art in THE LOBBY LOUNGE with peach pink sweets. The parfait features white peach sherbet and peach pulp on top, with cream and jelly on the bottom. The flavor changes with the addition of vanilla and elderflower aromas. The summer-style savory offerings include a cold “Peach and Potato Soup” with peach aroma, “Octopus and Paprika Marinated,” and an open sandwich with slow-roasted beef and summer vegetables.
The location is on the 29th floor at “THE LOBBY LOUNGE.” Service hours are in two shifts from noon to 2:30 PM and from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. The fee is 10,000 yen. Reservations are required by noon three days in advance.
