Hiroshima’s Last Witness | The Atomic Bomb Dome On Google Earth!

6 अगस्त 1945 हिरशिमा यह एक शांत सुबह थी। लेकिन शांति दिल जब टूटती है जब आसमान में एक अमेरिकन वॉल प्लेन B29 सुपर हार्ट ड्रेस उड़ता हुआ दिखता है। ठीक 8:15 पर उस एयरक्राफ्ट में से कुछ नीचे गिरता हुआ दिखता है। ये कुछ और नहीं ये था ह्यूमन हिस्ट्री का सबसे खतरनाक विपिन एक एटॉमिक बम जिसका को था मिडिल बम। जैसे ही यह वार्म फटता है, सिर्फ कुछ ही सेकंड्स में पूरा शहर आग के तूफान में बदल जाता है। सब कुछ इतनी तेजी से हुआ था कि किसी को कुछ मालूम ही नहीं चला कि हो क्या रहा है। एक सेकंड में 8000 लोग मारे जाते हैं। शहर का टेंपरेचर 7000 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंच जाता है। वो इतनी खतरनाक तबाही थी। कुछ नहीं बचता है। सारी बिल्डिंग्स तबाह हो जाती हैं। लेकिन एक बिल्डिंग ऐसी थी जो खड़ी रही इतनी तबाही के बाद भी। यह है एटॉमिक बम डोम। कभी यह एक मॉडर्न एक्सबिशन हॉल हुआ करता था और आज यह एक साइलेंट विटनेस है उस तबाही का। यह बिल्डिंग 1915 में बनी थी। बॉम्ब लिटरली इस बिल्डिंग के ऊपर ही फटा था। सिर्फ 160 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर। फिर भी इस डोम का स्टील फ्रेम और स्ट्रक्चर बच गया। यह एक लिविंग मेमोरी है। अब इस एटॉमी पंप डोम को यूनेस्को वर्ल्ड हेरिटेज साइट माना जाता है। इससे बचाया गया टूटने से ताकि दुनिया को याद रहे कि यहां क्या हुआ था।

On August 6, 1945, at 8:15 AM, the world was shocked by something unimaginable.
Hiroshima, Japan, became the first city ever to experience the devastating power of an atomic bomb.
Called “Little Boy,” the bomb destroyed almost everything in seconds, killing over 140,000 people by the end of the year.

Amidst the chaos, one building stood tall. Its walls were shattered, its roof gone, but its frame still held on.
This is the Atomic Bomb Dome (Genbaku Dome) – once the Hiroshima Prefectural Industrial Promotion Hall.
Today, it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a symbol of peace, and a warning to future generations.
