Fukuoka Softbank to change protective netting at MIZUHO PayPay Dome from the 2026 season
Fukuoka Softbank will be changing and expanding the protective netting at MIZUHO PayPay Dome starting with the 2026 exhibition games. The current protective netting, which stretches from behind backstop to infield stands, will be replaced with a 21m-high wire-suspended netting. By extending the netting all the way to wall of the Coca-Cola seats, safety will be improved.
