Hey, planning Japan. Check out my personal ranking. These spots truly blew me away. Number five is Aamorei. Nature lovers. This is heaven. Beauty all year. Rent a car for freedom. Next, Kanazawa, a gem for art, history, and food. Endless exploring. Spring and fall are prime. Carry an umbrella. Sudden showers are common. My third favorite, Yuron Island. Felt more like Hawaii. Oceans out of this world. Need a rental car taxi. Book restaurants/taxis in advance. Second spot, Hokkaido. Summer is the time. Divine food, immense nature, serene vibe. It’s huge, so travel adds up, and winter flights can cancel, but summer unbeatable. My number one, Okinawa, so easy to get around without a car. Hop Islands meet amazing people. Late June was perfect. Heads up, hotel photos sometimes don’t match, but the experience is worth it. That’s my Japan ranking. Hope this helps your next adventure.
