오키나와 여행 VLOG 🏖️ 4박5일 여름 일본여행 | 무더위엔 휴양지가 최고 .•* 호캉스, 느좋 해변 카페, 로컬 이자카야, 필수 관광지
I arrived at Incheon Airport early this morning. Today, I’m heading to Okinawa for a summer vacation. The forecast said it might rain, so I was worried. But the blue sky welcomed me and lifted my mood. *_* For this trip, I rented a car to travel more comfortably. First, I’m heading to the hotel to check in. Driving along the coast, It finally felt like I was in Okinawa. The first hotel is one of Okinawa’s top luxury resorts. < Hoshinoya Okinawa > Architecture inspired by the Ryukyu Kingdom And the sparkling ocean view made it truly healing. This is how the room looked. It was too hot outside, So I spent time in bed looking at the sea. After check-in, I went for a light lunch. A popular ocean-view café in Okinawa, . It was inside the resort, so easy to visit. Walking down the wooden deck like this, I found a huge terrace with ocean-view seating. I decided to settle here and enjoy the moment. It’s open even if you’re not a guest. Many people come just to enjoy the beach and café. walking down from the café Leads directly to the quiet Kanai Beach. Its unique rock formations are the main attraction. Listening to the wave sounds made it a healing place. It wasn’t crowded, So it was nice for a private walk along the beach. I felt hungry and headed to the lounge. I decided to hold out until dinner with some cookies. If the timing is right, you can enjoy live Ryukyu music in the lounge. Hearing traditional instruments under the sunset sky Felt like being in a historical drama. For dinner, I went to the main restaurant. Nine-course Kaiseki dishes were prepared. The beautiful plating made it fun to look at. The portions looked small, but there were many dishes So I left feeling full and satisfied. On my way back to the room, I glanced at the sky And the stars were beautiful. I ended the day taking lots of star photos. Early morning, I headed for breakfast. You could choose between a Ryukyu set and a Sicilian set. I chose the Ryukyu set. I also had an iced Americano. The infinity pool connects to the lounge. Many people were enjoying a morning swim. They even rent tubes, perfect for floating around. (Just hearing the splashes feels refreshing ASMR) Today, I’m exploring tourist spots in the north. Crossing the Kouri Bridge toward the coast. When the light hits, the ocean turns emerald. It was an absolutely stunning view. Kouri Beach felt like a scene from a youth movie. The sun made the water shine even brighter. Even the wide-open view from the bridge Made everything feel perfect. ⭐️ Before Churaumi Aquarium, I stopped at a nearby restaurant for a late lunch. A taco rice spot called in a traditional house. Taco rice is made with meat, cheese, and vegetables And is one of Okinawa’s signature local dishes. It was cheap and filling Making it perfect for lunch. I arrived at Okinawa’s must-see spot, . The world’s third-largest aquarium, famous for its whale sharks. First, I went to see the outdoor dolphin show. Dynamic jumping performances And little moments that made me smile. The quality exceeded expectations, highly recommended..! There were lots of food trucks near the show area. I couldn’t resist and grabbed a churro. Then I headed to the main aquarium to see the whale sharks. The route goes . I moved quickly to see the whale sharks first. ⭐️ This is the signature whale shark tank ⭐️ A view I never get tired of seeing. I also watched the manta rays showing off. In the cylindrical tunnel, you can feel how massive the whale sharks are. Be careful, time flies when you zone out watching. Gotta take home at least one souvenir from a place like this. There were lots of gachapon (capsule toy) machines, but this one was the best. There were six types, and I liked three of them. I gave it a try. Ba-dum ba-dum ba-dum ba-dum! Ta-da! Crazy, right? I must have used up all my luck today. I got my favorite whale shark *_* ❤️ I went back to the hotel for dinner. Tonight’s menu was steak. When I arrived, the sun was still up. This place is known for its sunset views. I ate slowly, waiting for the sun to set. When dinner was over, the sun was about to set. So I rushed outside. Watching the deep sunset ended my day. The third day started with breakfast at a lovely window seat. Yesterday I had the Ryukyu set, so this time I chose the Sicilian set. It was bigger than yesterday but easy to eat with bread and fruit. Today, I’m exploring tourist spots in central Okinawa. The first destination was . Many people come here to see the Elephant Rock. Its name means “a field big enough for ten thousand people to sit.” It’s also great for enjoying vast grasslands and ocean views. But there’s no shade at all, so bring a hat, sunglasses, or an umbrella. 🔥 Before visiting American Village, I stopped by a budget-friendly conveyor-belt sushi chain, . Why does steamed egg custard taste even better in Japan?! Seriously, egg custard is a must! I had all sorts of tempura, udon, and sushi. I ate everything I wanted, Stacked the plates, and walked out satisfied. Tall palm trees and colorful buildings caught my eye. A town where you can enjoy food, cafés, and shopping all in one place. Every street corner was full of photo spots. Even the passing cars were stylish pink. Walking along the coast, It was so hot I decided to step into a café for coffee. Four iced Americanos and two other drinks. Sitting in the cool air conditioning Sipping coffee Felt like heaven. Cold drinks really are the best. There was a famous onigiri shop nearby, So I decided to try one. I chose an onigiri with shrimp, ham, and egg.
But it was surprisingly filling. It fit perfectly in one hand, I wanted to stay and watch the sunset, But it was moving day, so I left with a bit of regret. Checked into OMO5 Hotel in downtown Naha! The room was small, But the location was perfect for walking around. I loved the framed city view from the window. ❤️ After a short rest, I headed out. OMO Base was filled with Ryukyu glass crafts. There was a night market on one side. And live Sanshin music on the second floor. I could enjoy the performance for free. A hotel so dedicated to traditional culture in the city, Definitely worth visiting for a unique memory. Tonight, I ended the day With a stash of favorite convenience store snacks. It was raining since morning. I stayed in the lounge catching up on work While waiting for the rain to stop. It wasn’t until evening that I could finally go outside. But that’s okay. The night is still long!! I came to a yakitori izakaya near the hotel. When in doubt, mixed skewers are the way to go! The mushroom cheese skewer was so good I ordered it twice more. one more! and one more! It’s the last night, might as well enjoy it ~~~~ I was already getting full, But I was craving “Monjayaki”, so I went for round two. “Okonomiyaki” is kind of like Korean pancakes, But “Monjayaki” feels like something you can only get in Japan. So I always try to eat it when I visit. This place had great Google reviews, And it totally lived up to the hype. Even the tiny spoon was totally my vibe. ❤️ I ended up ordering okonomiyaki too. Such a satisfying food adventure..! It’s the last night, and I really wanted to shop. But the main Don Quijote was farther than expected. Then I stumbled upon a new Don Quijote near the entrance of Kokusai Street. It’s called . It opened at the end of June, so it wasn’t crowded yet. It’s smaller than the main one, But had all the popular stuff, so it was easier to shop. And you could check out right away without waiting in the tax-free line… amazing!! If you’re heading to Don Quijote on Kokusai Street, I recommend the Kumoji branch. Already time to head home. I took the monorail to the airport. Arrived at the airport! Had one last Blue Seal ice cream And wrapped up this video. Thank you for watching my first vlog. See you in the next one!
