I can’t help you as i’ve never eaten at Sizzler’s in japan but good luck with Demiglace sauce. It’s one of the hardest sauces to make, usually taking 12 hours to make.

Mint sauce sounds like the Greek mint yoghurt sauce. Maybe try the recope that serious eats has on their website.

  2. Demi glacé is normally a long process, but you can make a quick knockoff. I’ll have to check one of my recipe pages for the recipe. But I think it was ketchup, cooking wine (or red wine), sugar, Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce). And cook it down till a nice sauce.

The mint sauce I haven’t tried from there but probably plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice, and mint.

  3. Just make hollandaise. It will be perfect with that.
    Or butter/evoo, garlic, parsley.
Mint sauce could be yoghurt/sour cream, coriander, mint

The “demi-glace” is almost certainly Heinz out of a can, perhaps doctored a little bit. If you can’t find it (I’ve heard it’s only for sale in Japan), any canned beef gravy will do. If you’re determined to make it from scratch, note that it is not actually demi-glace. It’s more like Escoffier’s recipe for Sauce Espagnol.
