these colors don’t run

From Okinawa to the world. This is the story of the beloved Orion beer, a symbol of Okinawan resilience. In 1957, the founder wanted to rebuild Okinawa’s economy after the war and restore Okinawan pride under United States occupation. To compete with American and Yamato beer, Orion employees would sell directly to restaurants during the day. A comeback at dinner time as customers to order Orian beer. This created the illusion of popularity and demand. Their signature bottled draft beer was also unique at the time. These sales activities foster a sense of unity among Okinawan. The founder believed that companies should work for and prosper with society. Orion continues to support the Okinawan community by offering scholarships for low-income students, supporting single mothers and overseas Okinowans and planting vegetation. Their current marketing strategy is just as compelling. Orion branded items are everywhere in Okinawa. Entire families with little kids wear matching Orion beer t-shirts. I too am a cook for corporate merchandise. It’s also just a practical souvenir.
