My tea ceremony group had an event last night and we gathered early to eat and make tea together beforehand.
I made inari sushi, broccolini gomaae, and pickled daikon & carrots for my spouse and I. I also made the inari age as we were running low on the stash in the freezer.
Definitely stuffed them with a little too much rice and due to having to make it the night before the rice hardened a little, but it was still an enjoyable meal and a lovely ceremony.
