The instagrammable Mt. Fuji Bus Tour And Evening Walk at Golden Gai

[Music] And well, hello there my friends. Today is Sunday, May 4th, 2025. It does look like the sun is starting to come out. If you guys all know, we had bad luck on our day. We had the observations out here in Tokyo cuz it was pouring pouring rain and we couldn’t even see the city out from the sky, but it’s starting to clear up out here. This morning was a little bit cloudy. And the reason I say this is because today we are doing Mount Fuji. We’re doing a whole day tour uh in the bus. So yeah, join me on today’s Zeus adventure. Let’s go. [Music] That’s the main point for today’s journey. And we are still in Shinjuku. I think I’ve been saying that wrong. I think I’ve been saying Chiinku, but it’s Shinjuku. 8:03. Our departure is 8:30. Been up since 5:00 in the morning, but the walk out here from Gracery Hotel wasn’t that bad. All right, so we have boarded our bus. Here we go. Finally, our last day out here in Tokyo. The sun is bright out there, but the clouds are still like kind of thick. So, hopefully we do have good views. I think it’s going to take about an hour to get over there. It’s 8:35. And also I’m using today both my pocket three and my big camera. Okay. And he was saying that depending on traffic, we might be able to do all the stops that are on the trip today. But as far as activities, we do have Surayyama Sing Park. That’s where the chorita What is that? Oino Hagai Gawa watch shop and lo store. This kind of reminds me of when I went to the UK when we did the tour where we visited Bath Stone Hedge and the Windsor Castle. Okay, that was the last tour I’ve ever done on a international trip. When I went to Rome, we didn’t do any tours. [Music] Oh my god. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. We’re a big group right here. Huge group. I am touring with a company called Google Day through the website Cluke. You know what? I’m not even too sure where we’re at right now. [Music] I don’t know. So when they say to cleanse yourself. So, we are in this little small shopping village with small restaurants with the view of Mount Fuji. This is our first stop. We’re still have a couple more stops to to do. The only thing is that we didn’t have enough time. Probably only had like 30 35 minutes. I’m not sure if I want to go any further because I don’t want to get lost out here. Got ours some meat bun. First time trying this. 500 yen. I’m sure what it is. Let’s try it. Mhm. There’s just not enough time. So, due to the traffic, we only had about 40 minutes to explore. Couldn’t even find the restroom. Probably going to pee myself. But here I go. Back to the bus. [Music] [Music] I believe that when you own the coaster, you got nobody to seize a Fuji Mountain. [Music] [Music] And guys, this is what social media does. It makes places like this super popular. I’m looking at the social media people. I don’t know why I use that. Just look at that. This is how you get influence to do stuff and places like this get all crowded. All right, trying to take a picture. Something most annoying is that some people that are not even taking picture and they’re just standing there kind of blocking the way for others that do want to take pictures. All right, this was the Lost heading back into the bus. Okay, so we have arrived at Arauryama singing Park. If you want to have a Please. [Music] It would be crazy how having to walk up to a shrine [Music] have to walk through a little village residents. [Applause] All right, this is going to be a little bit tiring because we have to walk up a lot of stairs. No easy task. See if we can make it. [Applause] Blue, bro. Okay. So, going to walk up the shrine. Probably one of the hardest ones cuz we do have to walk up the stairs. walk up the stairs. We’re going to do hopefully today’s content comes out okay because we’ve been rush through all the sites. I think this is probably the longest time frame we get to spend here at this park. So to get up there, you can either do the stairs or walk up this path. So yeah, I don’t make great content when I’m brushed. I like taking my time and I’m already tired. Should have taken the path up. Little bit hard with the backpack. Also, my goodness, that was a mission. And there’s a freaking barren area. Wow. You walked up million steps to see the picod. And of course, Mount Fuji, but just got a little bit more to go. Just a little bit more. And I have no water. Not only there’s bears, there’s also monkeys. What the heck? I wonder they gave us extra time to be out here. in the heart. Kindness kindness. [Music] All right. So, we’re done with the chorito pigota, if that’s how you pronounce it. We’re taking the easier path down. No more stairs. Oh my gosh. So, I think I paid like $52 somewhere around there, maybe even cheaper, but about that range on Cluke uh to do the tour. And I think we did skip one place where there’s like flowers. You could see in the background of Mount Fuji Arakuryama Second Park, Charita Pagota. Hopefully today is the last day of the golden week because tomorrow we’re taking the chinkansen which is a bullet train out to Osaka. We already got our reserve seat so don’t have to worry about purchasing. Yeah, but we still have to get to Tokyo with our luggage and so that’ll be an experience. Not sure if this was the last stop on this tour, but uh we’ll see you in a bit. Walking back to the train station where they dropped us off. I just close here. [Music] Take a little bit of [Music] our friend. So, we have arrived back in Chinjuku. Long bus ride out here. About a 3-hour drive. It’s currently 711. 7:11. And we got up at 5. We met at the meeting point at 8:30. So, it’s been a long day. Again, this is our last day out here in Tokyo. So, I think I’m just going to go pack up really quick. Oh, look. The small alley where all the smaller restaurants are at. Maybe we could cut meat right here. [Music] So yeah, I think I’m going to go grab my little camera with Osmo Pocket because I do want to take some pictures. I haven’t I haven’t really been taking pictures with my good camera and I can’t really do it with this big old gimbal and camera that I have. So, the Osmo Pocket is perfect for all that. Might come back here and eat at this place. And well, now we don’t feel so rushed. The whole tour was felt so rushed. I mean, it was me. It was cool cuz [Music] It was neat and cool because the I mean we got to see Mount Fuji from different locations. It was like three different cities, three different spots. They call it the insta in Instagrammable spots. And also look, I just learned that this area where we’re staying at, it’s called the red light district. [Music] [Music] Is that karaoke? Okay. Or that’s just the soundtrack [Music] right here. Entrance to the red light district. [Music] Look at the insanity. [Music] [Applause] We’ve been arriving over here late, so we don’t get to see the the action going on over here. It’s pretty popping. It’s busy. It is a Sunday, though. Oh, Godzilla. For someone coming in this elevator, why I keep putting my key card away when I need it? Taking out the G Master 35 mm. Hopefully take some cool shots. [Music] My goodness. Right when I was uh getting ready to go explore, take some fun photography. Started sprinkling. So, we’re just going to eat really quick and then I’ll head back to the room, grab my umbrella, most likely probably go explore by by myself. Since they’re already tired and see where they want to eat. All right. Looks like the corner restaurant it is. [Music] Fourth floor. Okay. Fourth floor. Fourth floor. The second floor. This is second floor. So, we have to go to the fourth. More stairs. Did anybody research how many stairs there was on the shrine? Cuz right here there’s like certain restaurants where they don’t allow foreigners. [Music] Something that that’s a nonforeigner floor. What’s this? cactus. We got some uh little snack they gave us before we even ordered. Kind of looks like cactus. I’m not too sure what it is. Okay. I don’t care spicy. Some white. I don’t know what it is, but it’s pretty good. Been trying to learn how to do photography. It’s still not that great, but what do you want to drink? And we finally got part of our food. And of course, had to get me some saki. Finally on ice. Not the hot one. Cheers. That tastes like wine. Try some chopsticks. Are you put on half doing so good over here? All right. So, we are back in the street. That food was super delicious. We haven’t ate a meal out here that is bad. Everything’s been really good so far. It is time to take some photos though. All right, let’s do this. Godzilla hit. [Music] [Music] All right, we’re walking into new territory. We are still here in Shinjuku, man. It’s like Sundays are like the Saturdays over here or what? Weirdly seems like it’s a little bit more packed than yesterday. Today is a Sunday, which might be the end of Golden Week. Also, it does look like it’s Party City over here. Like the nightife district. Heading off to explore Golden Guy here in Tajjuku. Not sure if this sign right here says it. Mike. As you can see, it’s just like little small bars. Can only fit like five, six people. Some of them only allow locals, not foreigners. Come on, everyone. Let’s go. Let’s go. Honestly, if you run, you don’t have to. No, you do. Just be honest, you do have to pay. [Music] seats. Some of these places also charge you a seating charge. I just saw one that charges 500 yen just to sit down. [Music] [Music] video. He’s taken us two years passing from Europe some time. This one right here says no photo, no movie. So like each little place has like all your different little rules. This one says tourist no cover charge. really want to go inside one of them and have a drink just for the experience. Not always smoke outside, drink outside. Okay, we’ll be back. Pretty much every place is full. It’s like there’s places where it’s even upstairs. [Music] This one has members only. [Music] This one’s pretty empty. No tax, no charge. Finally got myself a drink here in Golden Guy. No charge. Found a place. No charge. 1,000 yen for one drink. This is just a whiskey and soda coke. [Music] Cheers. Yeah. Tell me what I want. What I really want you really. [Music] All right, we just got done right here at Diamond’s Bar. Golden guy started popping. Got a little bit crowded. Almost didn’t feel like leaving, but do have to go rest. Do have a travel day tomorrow. out to Osaka. Still need to pack pack up all my bags. [Music] Dang, every place every part is popping over here. The only thing about Golden Gy is that all the rooms are super small. Doesn’t fit a lot of people out here, but got to experience. Back to the room we go. [Music]

A whole day tour out in Mt. Fuji and ending our Tokyo stay in Golden Gai!
