Naomi Osaka has achieved plenty in her tennis career.
She is part of a special group of people to have defeated Serena Williams in a Grand Slam final, when she claimed her first major at the 2018 US Open.
The 27-year-old now has four to her name and she is one of 29 women to have become the world number one.
But now working with a new coach and aiming for another title at the Canadian Open, Osaka still has some big goals she wants to achieve in the game she loves.

Naomi Osaka’s aforementioned achievements are what every tennis player dreams of when they turn professional.
But it has been several years since the mother-of-one lifted a Grand Slam and reached the summit of women’s tennis.
However, Osaka has not won a major since the 2021 Australian Open, and she last sat atop the WTA Tour rankings in September 2019.
Therefore as she enjoys an improvement in her form, Osaka named the two things she wants to achieve more than anything else for the remainder of her career.
“I talked to my dad, and he said, ‘Just being healthy and happy is a form of success.’ I agree with that, but I want more,” Osaka said at the ongoing Canadian Open.
“I mean, definitely of course I would want to win slams, of course I would want to be in the top 10, but I think I need to pace myself and go for the mini goals, and they’ll eventually turn into the big goals.”

Osaka is slowly inching her way towards her goal of returning to the WTA’s top 10.
She has reached the Canadian Open semi-finals in what is her first appearance in the last four at a WTA 1000 event since March 2022 in Miami.
As a result, Osaka will re-enter the top 30 for the first time since January 2022 and is now likely to be seeded for the upcoming US Open.
Reacting to the news after beating Elina Svitolina in Montreal, Osaka wrote on Instagram: “Your girl is gonna be seeded again at Slams.
“US Open being the first one honestly makes sense and is kind of full circle haha. Montréal I love you, tonight was fun- see you again tomorrow!”
