♡ 2025 travel diary :『 Summer in Japan ✬ 』kichijōji, vnl in chiba, kamikōchi, & narai📹
another trip to japan~ this time, i’m visiting during peak summer i’m also gonna celebrate my birthday in chiba because i won vnl tickets * tears of joy * see you, kento and the whole team! hoping for a good weather <3 landed safely by the way, i'm traveling alone for the next few days to me, traveling solo feels liberating dinner at afuri~ i ordered their yuzu shio ramen it's different from the ones i've tried before since yuzu is a citrus fruit itadakimasu this is my capsule hotel i don't recommend staying here for more than a night oyasumi~ it's my birthday! for breakfast, i met up with saara near ginza i bought this green tea being endorsed by shohei going around minato city on my way to meet yumi-san first agenda is to buy these! according to yumi-san, they sell out quickly they have various flavors: choco, custard, stawberry, blueberry, and mango they also sell totoro-shaped biscuits/cookies time to try the cream puffs! kawaii~ petit mura's tea house happa for lunch i ordered tempura yumi-san ordered risotto purikura~ we were amazed by the effects editing the photos~ thank you, yumi-san! arrived in chiba i won tickets from gg_ouendan's giveaway on insta i'm about to see team japan and team argentina :") can't help but gasp >_< i gained a new japanese friend, romu-san! i gave her my extra ticket and a pack of dried mangoes and she gave me a bunch of snacks and a nakashun pc :") rooting for both captains! besties <3 my holy trinity in team japan team japan won! hbd to me! didn't get to finish the 5th set as i need to catch the train to tokyo it's 5:20 AM and i'm heading to shinjuku bus terminal taking the bus to matsumoto city, nagano prefecture stopover passed by suwa i will visit you someday i left my luggage at the hotel since it's only 10 AM visiting matsumoto castle bare face: on it's so peaceful here next stop: narai-juku it's a preserved post town on kiso's nakasendo trail no crowd at all i saw this dessert shop buying an ice cream because i need something to cool me down a happy matcha gurlie :D bought some postcards for myself i love collecting them granny is explaining that her late husband was an artist he was the artist behind the shop's artworks go visit narai <3 hamburger steak for dinner i highly recommend hotel m for solo travelers ohayou gozaimasu woke up early again because i have reserved tickets i can't afford to be late because they are non-refundable lol waiting for the bus to kamikōchi i made it <3 a lot of people have bells with them to shoo away the black bears there are shops in the area that sell bell keyrings too stunning grateful to have seen the beauty of kamikōchi with my own eyes kinda nervous because of the reported black bear sightings lol komorebi~ there are a few food stands here too going back to matsumoto~ there's an observation deck on the 3rd floor of matsumoto sta. nagano prefecture is now my top 1 only problem is the transportation :") curry for lunch before heading back to tokyo stopover somewhere near mt. fuji reunited with joyce~ we're going to chiba for the vnl arrived at around 8:30 AM securing our target merch opening the random keyring standees the urge to make noise lol we got our favorite players—kento and keihan still in shock we each initially bought two we decided to open the other one as well getting ready for the fanzone later vamos argentina! barricade secured :") team turkiye~ team argentina~ zerba (left), my crushie :p a fan gave armoa an oikawa noru.. so cute team brazil~ team japan~ captain yuki ishikawa heading back to tokyo with grateful hearts thank you, chiba! last day in tokyo ichiran for brunch c/o joyce ^^ volleyball support cafe~ filming is not allowed inside >_< thank you again for the unforgettable experiences, japan! see you again please :") thank you for watching~ stay hydrated!
