eight places I visited in Otaru Hokkaido i couldn’t find this place on Google Maps but here’s the address the melon was so sweet and paired great with ice cream but the best ice cream we had was Yamanaka Dairy Farm it was so creamy and fragrant we were here in May so we were able to see cherry blossoms at Asakusa Bridge if you want to try local beer head over to Otaru Beer Warehouse they also have a short free self-guided walking tour you can’t come to Otaro without heading to the canal it’s a nice stroll by the water too almost every video I watched about Otaru mentioned getting sweets from Latau and they would be right these are some of the richest creamiest desserts I’ve had since Otaru is on the coast you have to check out Saku Market for the freshest seafood there’s so much live seafood here that we had to try one of the restaurants we ended up at Sankaku Tay and do not regret it one bit this seafood bowl is one of the freshest I’ve had in all of Japan and I was able to customize it too i hope that helped for anyone looking to visit Otarin
