Tokyo Extreme Racer is edging towards an exit from PC early access, expected in September, and on the run-up, it is teasing new car roster additions.
Already featuring notable Japanese cars, unlocked via a perk skill tree, the Unreal Engine-using series reboot includes three versions of Nissan Fairlady Z – but currently excludes the current edition.

This is the same teaser method the nighttime highway racing game previously employed, and this time it hides the seventh-generation, RZ34, Z-car.
Known simply as the ‘Z’ in North America, it is expected to be labelled with the home-market Fairlady Z moniker in-game.

Production of this model began in 2022, with a twin-turbo 3-litre V6 engine and the choice of manual or automatic gearboxes.
Tokyo Xtreme Racer added Steam Achievements plus oil and water temperature management mechanic in July as an early access update. It is expected to hit Version 1.0 in September. No console version has been confirmed, yet.
