Exploring the Beauty of OKINAWA, Japan! 🇯🇵

[Music] all the bottles and like try everything. [Music] Thank you. [Music] All right, so on today’s itinerary, we’re going to be visiting five attractions here in Okinawa. The main one being Turumi Aquarium, the largest aquarium here in Japan. But we’re currently here now at our first stop of today’s tour, which is Pineapple Park. So, let’s go check it out. [Music] All right. Oh, there’s no driver. It’s a Tesla. All right, guys. So, we’re here now at our first stop, which is Pineapple Park. The garden is more than just pineapples. It’s a place where pineapples and other tropical plants grow together in harmony in warm regions around the world. A fruit that looks like a pine cone. Don’t miss the photo spots where you can take pictures with pineapples and tropical plants. Thank you. They have a butterfly garden. You see any butterflies? Wa! They’re so massive. Oh, damn. Tat moan. Filipinos be like Lola. Lolan, babe. [Laughter] All right. So, they also have a cafe here where you can try a bunch of like pineapple related foods and drinks. And it smells so sweet in here. Like it makes you want to buy something. So, they have pineapple shaved ice, pineapple cream soda, [Music] She said mix it. All right. So, the drink of choice is pineapple cream soda with pineapple ice cream or more like a pineapple shaved ice. Give it a go. It’s like dessert for breakfast. Just woke up. [Music] The soda’s really good. Yummy. They also have like shaved ice. Like they have a lot of treats that remind me of Hawaii. I mean, this whole like place reminds me of Hawaii because they have the Doe Plantation that we went to in Hawaii, which was really cool. They love pineapples here as well. You’re welcome. It’s pineapple. Pine pineapple custard. Oh, custard. Pineapple custard. Okay. Thank you. You’re welcome. Thank you. Cheers. Cheers. Ooh, that’s good. It’s like a sponge cake. Can I put in Oh, wow. Getting full. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. This is pineapple cake premium. We’re doing some cake testing for your wedding. Cheers. Oh, this one’s better. That’s the one. Yeah, it is premium. That’s good. Yeah. So, they also have a winery here where you can buy pineapple wine. From what we were told, it’s quite rare to have pineapple wine. So, look at this. Look at this pineapple wine. I’ve never heard of pineapple wine to be honest with you. I didn’t even know. Yeah, I didn’t even know that thing existed. All right, we’re gonna try some pineapple wine. Just a little bit. Just a little bit. Pepper and sweets. Sweet. Sweet. Okay. There we go. Thank you. Thank you. Sweet. It tastes good. I like it. I like it. Yeah. Thank you. Left side you can see island and great bridge. Okay. They behind the island, behind the Ki Island is uh where the first Yuki King was born back in the restaurant. Thank you. All right, so next stop is Kuri Island. There’s a beach here called Kuri Beach. We’re walking to it right now. Let’s go check it out. All right. So, the water is crystal clear. It’s actually white sand here as well. Man, it’s gorgeous. I wish we could swim, but we’re only here for like 30 minutes and then we’ll be off to the aquarium. But man, what a beautiful beach. Also, all of the places that we’re visiting today, Ann and I, we actually wanted to DIY this if we had a car, but if you watch the previous Okinawa vlogs, we couldn’t rent a car cuz my international driving permit is expired. So, I couldn’t rent a car, unfortunately. So, we had to book a tour. And if ever you guys want to do the same, we did book this tour on Cluke. And we do have a discount code, which is Jan and Cluke. Use that and that will save you money. All right. So, we’re here now at Churumi Aquarium. And what’s good about booking this tour is all of the tickets for the attractions are actually included. So So this is the main attraction of our tour. Yeah. Let’s go see this damn whale shark. Wow. Babe, look at that. Man, we need this in our house. Look at that. That’s sick. [Music] [Music] [Music] This tank, here is filled with tropical fish. So many of them. This one area is like mayhem. So chaotic in there. [Music] All right, we finally see the biggest aquarium here and it has the biggest whale shark in captivity in the world. Let’s go check it out. [Music] [Music] [Music] All right. So, the whale shark is pretty long and the tank is actually quite small for the shark. Like for all the other fish it’s fine, but for the shark I feel like it’s kind of small. It’s just like going in circles cuz it’s so damn long. And the tank I feel like isn’t really that big enough for it. [Music] What do you think, babe? I think the tank is a little bit small for that giant whale shark. I don’t know. I was expecting the aquarium to be a little bit bigger. Not that that makes it okay, but it’s really small. Now, we’re going to go get some lunch. Apparently, there’s a pretty good buffet here with some delicious Okinawan food. So, let’s go check it out. [Music] [Music] All right, got some taco rice. Apparently, it’s a big thing here in Okinawa. Buffet is okay. The selection is pretty limited, but the food’s pretty decent. How about you, babe? What do you think of the buffet? It’s okay. Like, obviously, it’s not They didn’t make it for people to come back to, you know what I mean? That’s true. That’s true. Yeah. So, it’s okay, but for the price, I think it’s pretty pricey for for what it is. But they do have like food trucks outside. John and I were just like really hungry, so we decided to do the buffet. But if you guys aren’t very hungry and you just want a snack, there’s so many food trucks outside to choose from. All right, we’re heading to the next spot now. And it’s pouring like crazy now. All right. So, we’re here now at our final stop, which is Cape Mansano. It’s like a coastal viewpoint. Yeah, I believe it’s like a cliff where you can where it overlooks like the ocean and it’s really great for sunset, but unfortunately I think we’re going to be leaving before sunset so we won’t be able to see that. But wow, it’s gorgeous here. Check it out. Wow. Wow, it’s so nice. Bloody hell, it’s beautiful. This is the highlight. Not even the whale shark. This is the highlight. All right. It’s actually really beautiful here. And it’s so peaceful, too. I know. This was actually on our list coming here to Okinawa. Uh we just weren’t sure how we were going to get here, but I’m really glad that it was part of the tour because it actually really is beautiful here. [Music] Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Fold that. I’ll fold it here first. Go. Fold it. Hurry. Here. I got it. Go. Go. Thank you. You okay? Go ahead. It’s raining like crazy. Yeah. All right. So, it’s our last day in Japan. And guys, you have no idea how much sushi we ate on this trip. Like too much. It should be illegal. Put us in sushi jail. Put us in sushi jail. God damn. We abused it. I massacred the tuna in the ocean. But it was a massacre. It’s just so good. Sushi here in Japan, you know, so good. All right, the rain has finally stopped. I love this area. I’m going to be sad that we’re leaving. I know. It’s like the street is just so unique. I know. It’s been so fun here in Nah. Didn’t really expect uh to love Okinawa so much to be honest with you guys. It literally has everything. City life, beach life. I think we just love it so much because it’s Tokyo and Hawaii in one. And two places we love so much. Facts. So, you can see we can get sushi, we can get ichiran, go to the beach after. Then go to the beach after. Yeah. So good. Man, we’re trying to enjoy our last day, but the weather is not letting us enjoy. We’re going to Do though, no matter what, rain or shine. Yeah, we’re going we’re going to get some smith skis no matter what. We’re actually here. It’s pouring like crazy. But we’re in Donkeyote, so it’s all good. Go ahead, baby. You hear the flute? Play it, babe. Donkeyote just gets us so hyped. It’s like different types of music every corner. But look at this chocolate strawberry. Um, donkey only. Yeah. I’m going to get this for Pasal Lubang to our friends. Is it actually strawberry inside? No, it’s a banana. All right. So, Ann’s been wanting one of these since we got to Okinawa. And we were trying to win them at the claw machines, but we didn’t get lucky. This one, why are they so expensive? It’s just a cat. Like, look at this one. 3,300 for this. This is $30. That’s crazy. I want Look at this one. Double kill. We got a giraffe and a cat. I do like giraffes. That’s so cool. This is what I’m getting, guys. Look, babe. Look at this. All [Laughter] [Laughter] right, we need a new suitcase for Ann shopping. This is actually really nice. That’s Pokemon. That’s so sick. Look at black one. Look at this one. Oo, classy. Ooh, look at this. All right, so our flight is tomorrow and we need some new neck pillows. Yeah, this is actually really comfortable because Jan always steals my pillows. I don’t know where my neck pillows go up. Maybe I’m just like buying the cheapest ones that I don’t really care for them. I just like throw them around. But since we don’t fly business, this is this is business class for us right here. This is really comfortable, but also this is this might be expensive. I’m just scared someone might like pull this and it’ll choke me. No, this is what they’ be like chicken or beef. You’re so annoying. Oh man, we’re just having too much fun in Donkeyote, man. Donkeyote never disappoints. All right, guys. This is where we end the vlog. Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe, and follow us on social media for daily updates. We’ll see you in the next one.
