Our guide Vivi was very friendly and helpful. She’s fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English, and was able to explain everything really well. The places we visited were lovely, and we had ample time to explore. It was cloudy and windy when we went to Tulip Park, so it was a bit hard to take pictures, but nonetheless, it was a great trip and I’d definitely love to visit Tulip Park again next time. I especially loved Shibazakura Takinoue Park — the mountain was covered in pink, and it was absolutely beautiful. It smelled wonderful too! I also enjoyed the pink shibazakura ice cream, and we were able to see everything. Great day out. Amazing scenery. Definitely needed to go on organised day trip. Everything ran smoothly. Pink moss was a highlight I didn’t expect and I came for the tulips – they didn’t disappoint, even in the rain. Highly recommended. Excellent tour to join if you’re travelling with small children or seniors or you don’t fancy driving there yourself. The shibazakura was stunning and a very limited seasonal beauty. The tulip farm was amazing too. Couldn’t believe we were still in Hokkaido. Only downside is that 8 hours were devoted to commuting, but that’s something you have to put up with if you’re planning to stay in Sapporo and not go around Eastern Hokkaido. The tour was really satisfying. Definitely worth the four-hour travel time while enjoying sightseeing around Hokkaido. Departure and arrival were also on point. This was my first time signing up for a one-day tour in Japan. The tour guide I met, Vivi, was great, very friendly, and very serious about introducing the local area. The driver was a pretty steady driver. I just suggest that Klook can send an email the day before to inform which tour bus it is and which local travel agency it is cooperating with, so that you will know who to look for and won’t worry about making the wrong choice. It’s great to see the flowers when the weather is fine. I went to Takinoue Shibazakura Park and Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park at the end of the trip and was very satisfied to see the abundant flowers. Although the drive from Sapporo is long, the scenery along the way will relieve your worries. Reallt beautiful to see the pink moss and tulips. Journey was very far but flowers were really beautiful! Perfect for a chill and relax journey suitable for all ! Weather is lovely too not too cold not too hot! Recommended! Although the transportation time is long, I was able to visit the moss phlox and tulip gardens in one day. It happened to be the blooming period, the weather was sunny, and the tour guide Weng Weng was also great. He explained the tour in Chinese, English and Japanese. The time management was just right. There was enough time to visit both gardens. It was a very worthwhile day trip^^. very nice trip although the journey far and long it worth the travel to see the flower. The tour guide is proficient in Chinese, English and Japanese and the communication is smooth and very friendly. Although the weather was not good on 5/22 and it rained, it happened to be the blooming period. It was the first time I saw a lot of pink moss phlox and various varieties of tulips. Although the drive was long, the sea of flowers was beautiful and worth seeing. Day trip to the two locations were excellent. Enjoyed the time. Driver and guide were excellent. This time, I chose a one-day tour for my free trip to Hokkaido because the bus ride took a long time. I got on and off the bus in Sapporo and visited two attractions (shibazakura + tulips). There were also rest stops on the way there and back, so it was a great value for money!
