What is the cold noodle appetizer?

I've been thinking about this cold noodle dish that a childhood sushi restaurant used to give out for free but unfortunately the restaurant no longer exists for me to call and ask. I would love to try and make it myself but I am not sure what it is. Would anyone happen to know? These are the only photos I could find on yelp unfortunately
