Ethan Strand, fresh off a successful collegiate career at UNC, nearly stole the show at the men’s 1500-meter final at the USATF Outdoor Championships, finishing second in 3:30.25. It was nearly a three-second personal best. Now, it’s on to the world championships in Tokyo. Former UNC NCAA champion Parker Wolfe runs the 5K Sunday on NBC.
