Mega Don Quijote & 10 Yen Cheese Coin Bread – Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan 05/27/25
Hello there nieces and nephews. Welcome back to my channel, Travel Point to Journey. Right now, we’re here at the Mega Don Kiote and we’re about to go shopping. Come join us. Located in Shabuya, Tokyo. Don Kyote is known as the biggest discount store in Japan. This particular location has about seven floors. It’s considered a shoppers paradise. [Music] All right, y’all. To do some damage. From skin care products, groceries, even souvenir shopping, this is the place to go. They also offer tax-free shopping for tourists, which is a plus. And the best thing about this place, it’s open 24 hours. I was also psyched because I was able to kill two birds with one stone because here at this donote, they had the 10 yen cheese coin bread. Check it out. All right. So, I bought our ticket to get the 10 yen. She used the machine for it. So, now we’re ready to place our order. Yes. Mommy. [Music] And they put it in these boxes right here. That’s how they present it to you. Oh. Thank you. Thank you very much. All right. So, I’ve seen this on social media and I was like in my head, the next time I come to Japan, I’m going to have some of this. Who doesn’t love cheese and bread? Okay. And it’s called ten. Ten. And it should be 10 out of 10. [Music] See the cheese? Hold on. It’s not focused. Oh, it’s not focusing on the cheese. Did you get the cheese? Uh-huh. It’s hot, y’all. There you go. There you go. [Music] Nothing better than a cheese pool. And how much was it? 500 yen. 500 yen. That’s probably like five $5 something like that. Yeah. Must cheese. [Music] Yum. It’s like pancake with cheese. It’s a good combo. Yeah. And I love cheese. Mhm. Really good. Very good. [Music] 10 out of 10. 10 out of 10. This place was a cute store to buy a lot of cute souvenirs and other items that you can only get here in Japan. It’s literally a one-stop shop because they have a little of everything here. So, what are you waiting for? Head over to Mega Doniote located in Shabuya and also grab yourself a 10 yen cheese coin bread while you’re at it. Thank you for watching. Travels by to Jenny.
