I know I don’t look happy right now, y’all. But we are winding down to the last few days here and I don’t want to go. I don’t want to go home yet. I’m leaving. I’m leaving the edge right now about to get a Grab cab Uber to the bus station and then we are getting the bus to to Bangkok and uh then Japan and then Newark, New Jersey. I’m at the bus station, y’all. I just bought my ticket. It was 140 something bot and now I need to go to gate number one. The Ecomay station right here. Gate number one. on the bus, y’all. Old school big steering wheel right there on the bus that we get on here. Then they got like a bathroom. Oh my goodness. I’m too tall for this. Going to the back. All right, y’all. I just got off the bus. I’m back in Bangkok. At the bus station. We’re at the Ecomi bus station. And I got to go over here now and try to figure I could catch a Grab cab. I don’t know how much that would cost, but uh I just want the adventure of getting on a train. Let’s catch the train, the metro, whatever they call it. All right, y’all. So, I’m going walk into my uh Airbnb. I had to just least take a picture of this sign that says cabbages and condoms. What the heck is this, man? Cabbages and condoms. Our food is guaranteed not to cause pregnancy. I am not messing with y’all. And look at these people. I am not messing with y’all, man. Okay, y’all. This is my Airbnb. I’m going to stay in here uh for two days. I only need it for one night because I fly out tomorrow night, but I wanted a place where I can keep my luggage. So, I just booked it for two days. And it is typical with the uh washer unit, microwave. I don’t know what this one is. Look like two microwaves. Refrigerator here in Bangkok. Back in Bangkok. Toilet. I started to say, “Y’all got to excuse my the toilet cuz I just peed.” But that is not true. I did not just pee. I’m tired, y’all. All right. Here. I can get that that black looking mold off of that wall. You know, I got this bleach formula that could do that. But anyway, tub right there. This is the old John. I gota stop saying John cuz y’all going to think I’m from Philly. I ain’t from Philly. I’m from New York. Can you hear the tiredness of my voice? This window though is so clean. I almost walked through it. Has a little place you can dry your stuff. And it has like a little water spout out there. I guess if you want to wash your clothes by your hands. They have these earplugs, right? That makes you nervous when there’s earplugs. He did write me and tell me there’s two things. Hold up y’all. I got to get the camera on myself. He said, “If you see cracks in the wall,” and I haven’t. It was from the earthquake. From the earthquake. So, don’t be alarmed cuz that’s where those cracks came from, the earthquake. And also that they were doing some type of construction, but he said that’s normally over. Long as I can sleep at night, I’m fine. Long as it’s not going throughout the night. That’s it for inside. Let’s go out, man. All right, y’all. I was in Terminal 21 before, but I did not know they had a food court down on the first level. Remember I went upstairs and didn’t get anything. Yo, I’m thinking about the people like back at Newark right now that’s riding people that’s riding this bus with no air condition on it. Just the windows open. That remind me of New York in the old school days when the buses would not have air condition. They would be hotter than a motor scooter. That’s how they ride on the 136 bus here in Bangkok, Thailand. Heat. Heat. All right, y’all. I’m just starting this video at the edge of Soy Cowboy. What’s going on, y’all? We’re here in Bangkok and I’m about to go down here and get me some muing. Man, I want some muing. Do y’all know what muing is? That is that pork on a stick. And I heard that they got some down here. I just walked through Soy Cowboy because I don’t know. It’s just something about walking past it that I like. And oh, she said it’s right here. The mu ping is right here, guys. Look, it’s right there. I hear some noise. Is that the can of gas about to explode? I’m about to get some muing, man. And I’m going to get one of those chicken wings, too, while I’m at it. I should be in the room editing right now, but it’s all y’all fault. I can’t get enough of the content. I can’t I can’t stop getting content. All right, here we go. Man, it always tastes a little just a little like that teriyak sauce. Now I’mma put some of this hot sauce on here. I’m sorry. This Thai sauce. Let’s just do a tab. Let’s just do a little dab. Right. I want to I want to work on this wing with my hands. You know, I saw these on another truck in Paya. And they look good. Oh man, this is so good. I’m spitting food, y’all. M. This is really good. Terminal 21 is that mall behind me across the street back there. I have been losing weight here in Thailand because instead of just sitting down feeding my face, I’ve been getting these snacks. Of course, except for the all you can eat seafood joint. Can y’all see like the buses behind me and everything happening back there? Ain’t nobody on the bus but the bus driver. That joker look hot. Ain’t no air. Well, I don’t know if no air condition, but all the windows down that tell me there’s no air condition. All right, y’all. I got to slide this up cuz I want to put sauce on the rest. I know the question is coming. Which one do I like best? I’m instead of saying which one I like best, I guess you would kind of get to know which one I like the best. Instead of saying which one I like best, I’m going to say if I had a 100 days to spend in Thailand and I had to split the days up somehow between Bangkok and Patya, I would I would uh I would spend 70 of those days in Pataya. Yeah, that’s what I would do. All right, y’all. This is it. I’m coming the way. I’m leaving the way that I came, taking the train to the airport instead of the Grab cab. Uh, I mean, it’s like 10 times more for the Grab and I’m trying to save money. So, let’s do this, man. I’m out of Bangkok. It’s been great, man. I had a great time here in Thailand. Now, off to Japan for a layover and let’s see if I go out to Tokyo and just chill out for a minute. I’ll see you guys there. You got the Japanese McDonald’s right here, y’all. I’m going to go to Shinagawa now, Shinagawa station, and see if I can find some yaki soba. If I do find, we’ll do a little eating session and talking. But uh if not, I’ll enjoy my little layover here in Japan. Definitely got to look up the history of like these stores. Now that’s under these train tracks here. It’s pretty cool how these stores go all the way down and they’re right underneath the train tracks. There’s that little car right there with you. Good. You’re good. This is where I pulled in at y’all. This is a Tokyo station. Uh, this building was created back in the early 1900s. I want to say 1919. I’m not 100% sure, but we will put the information up for you. Give me a shot. And you can see the length of the building there. I wish I can get better shot for you guys, but it’s raining. This is Tokyo Station. I’m about to go back in here and go to Shinagawa station and try to get something to eat there. The next station is JK 23. The doors on the right side will open. Please change it for the Tokyo Monreal Han airport line and the Olio subway line. I’m back at the Shinagawa station now. I’m about to go walk around town and try to find something to eat. I know I’ve been saying I’mma find something to eat for the longest, but we’re really about to go. All right, y’all. I thought I would go out in Shinja and Shinagawa Station. But it’s raining right now, man. It is really coming down out here. And I just don’t think I love the rain. And I know y’all be like, “You love the rain so much. Why don’t you go on out there?” Not like this, man. Look, it’s really coming down out here. Construction going on. Trying to get out, get something to eat. Don’t know where I’m going. I’m not trying to get out here and get soaked and wet and then go back to the airport and just sit there and wait in wet clothes until my my plane shows up. Everyone was prepared with their umbrellas. I’m about to go across. Right. I’ve sat here and waited. I need to make it to this building. I don’t know what it is across the street, but we going. And we’re getting wet. With all these umbrellas, you would think I wouldn’t get wet, right? I’m going right up top here, y’all. Up the escalator. Okay, I don’t know where I’m going, but it’s up the escalator. Up this slow escalator, y’all. I got to carry my stuff up here. Oh, here we go. Here we go. Here we go. I don’t know where I’m going, y’all, but we going. And we’re getting wet while we’re going. This look like a mall or something. Yeah, this is what I’m talking about. Shinagawa means uh port court port means port. That’s what it means. Shinagawa. It means seapport. I got to look it up, y’all. It’s been a long time since I’ve been reading katakana. Katakanja hit a Ghana kanji and katakana. Oh my goodness. All right, I’m about to go see what’s in this mall. See, it’s a mall with food and stuff. I’m in the right place, man. That’s ginger. Now, we’re going to eat the shrimp. The shrimp give you, you know, they’re not real real big, but let’s see how they taste. M. Nice and plump. M. This is good stuff. I want some more ginger in it. Oh wow. This is bringing back so many memories right now. Then you have this here. I want to say that this is squid. That’s squid. I’m eating a Japanese dish in Japan. Just in case you were wondering, this is how you spell shinagawa. That’s where we just came out of y’all. We just came out of the Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Aqua Park. It’s uh the rain unc cut up a little bit, y’all. I’m back over here where I started and that could be my train. I’m going chill out here just a little bit more and uh practice the few Japanese phrases and words that I know. As I was riding the train back to the airport, man, I was really thinking about what an amazing journey this has been. And to end it off in Japan in one of the places I lived for several years was absolutely amazing. I didn’t even realize I was going to spend a day in Japan. I thought I would be flying back to Newark from Thailand. I really enjoyed this and thanks everyone for hanging with us in Bangkok and in Paya and Japan. ✈️ From Thailand to Tokyo – What an ADVENTURE!

I start this journey in Bangkok, Thailand, grabbing some delicious street food like pork on a stick and juicy chicken wings on a stick straight off the grill. Then my travels take an unexpected turn with a long layover in Tokyo, Japan—so you know I had to explore!

In Tokyo, I made my way around Shinagawa and Yoyogi Station, soaking up the city vibes and grabbing a plate of Yakisoba, a Japanese favorite!
