I’ve never had Japanese pickles before, or even daikon radish, but I found these on Amazon and I really wanted to give them a try and they are delicious! These are soy sauce flavored and they have a really nice crunch as well. The label says they are called Kizami Tsubozuke. Made in Japan with radishes from the Miyazaki prefecture. Side question, does anyone know of any good places to buy other Japanese pickles in the US? Or is it just easier to make your own?
