[Music] The buffet for meals had a variety of options, which was great. The staff always greeted us cheerfully, and their warm hospitality was amazing. Thumbs up emoji. A hotel that is truly kind to those with children and pregnant women. There is a wide variety of baby food available, and I was happy to find non-alcoholic beer and decaffeinated coffee, too. There were many things that were very helpful for small children. We were able to enjoy a fun and comfortable stay. Both the bath and the meals were excellent. I would definitely The distance to the restaurant and the bath is a bit long from my room and the slippers are not very comfortable which tired me out. But anyway, both the bath and the food are wonderful. The serious and kind efforts of the staff are the greatest joy. Thank you very much. I have never seen such a wonderful hotel before. There were two types of hot springs to enjoy, and the guest bath area had a shampoo bar, a nice drink bar perfect for relaxing after a bath, amenities bars in both areas, beautifully designed loungewear, a lovely garden, Instagram worthy spots scattered around, a manga space, karaoke, table tennis, and a room that was unexpectedly spacious and clean, complete with local sweets from Hamamatsu. Everything I thought I wanted was I stayed overnight for my birthday. After discussing in advance with my companions about the birthday, we were kindly offered a complimentary birthday plate for dessert. They even took a photo, making it a wonderful memory. The room was very clean, and there was a courtyard where we could relax comfortably. There were two hot springs, and it was great to enjoy. It was a family trip with my elementary and middle school children. There were various pleasant services, such as welcome drinks and free drinks after the bath, which made us feel very relaxed. The meals were also buffet style, so everyone could eat freely, which was great. The staff’s greetings at the front desk and dining area were natural and courteous. The ingredients showed a keen attention to detail, and I was very satisfied as I was able to fully enjoy the entirety of Lake Hamana. All the staff were very accommodating. The buffet dishes were all delicious, and I didn’t expect much from the grilled deal at the buffet, but it was grilled over charcoal right in front of me and was very tasty. The entire hotel was kept clean. I was very satisfied compared to I was able to fully enjoy my first visit to Lake Hamana. The room was beautiful and spacious and the whole family was satisfied. The meal plan included breakfast only, but it was quite substantial. I would like to use it again. owns. Guests receive tickets for Hana Lake Pal Park in the pool, two days worth per night, and can also enjoy two days of hot springs. This allows for a little sightseeing in Hamamatsu on the second day. And by taking a bath in the hot springs in the evening, we could skip bathing.
