Hello everyone, here is my homemade ebi tempura. Made with a rice flour batter and sparkling water, no panko. I make a lot of Japanese dishes and share them on my ig account .@yugenplate, I'm trying to make friends and create a community. I'm happy if you check it out!

Perhaps these are ebi fry not tempura? I’m curious since you mentioned not using panko.
