Sailing around the British Virgin Islands is a dream — it is a cruiser’s paradise with remote islands and white sand beaches, running trails cutting up to the most stunning views of the Caribbean, and it even has the famous Willy T floating bar, just off Norman Island, where sailors and cruisers come from all over to drink it up in the Willy T, take their clothes off and jump off the back of the boat, baring it all for a free t-shirt.
This story gives a taste of what we experienced while sailing around the British Virgin Islands and it highlights some of the things we love most about sailing in the BVIs.
And if you ever get to the Willy T yourself, make sure you bring a camera because it’s guaranteed to be a wild party any day of the week!
