“Courtyard by Marriott Kyoto Shijo Karasuma” Opens August 27 – Formerly The Royal Park Hotel Kyoto Shijo

Marriott International, JR Central, JR Central Realty & Development, and JR Central Hotels will open “Courtyard by Marriott Kyoto Shijo Karasuma” on August 27.

The building features 9 floors above ground and 1 basement floor, with 125 rooms across 9 types. The facility includes an all-day dining area and fitness facilities. This will be the first hotel to be launched in Kyoto by both JR Central Hotels and under the Courtyard by Marriott brand.

The hotel is accessible with a 1-minute walk from Shijo Station on the Kyoto City Subway Karasuma Line, and about a 45-minute drive from Itami Airport.
