[Orix] Collaboration with British fashion brand "DAKS" at the Nippon-Ham game on August 3rd, giant panels of Espinosa and Machado appear | Pacific League

On the 28th, Orix announced that the game against Nippon-Ham on August 3rd (Kyocera Dome Osaka) will be held as “DAKS DAY – Dreams Bigger Than home run” with sponsorship from Sankyo Seiko Co., Ltd.

Following on from last year, the team will collaborate with British fashion brand DAKS. New images of pitcher Anderson Espinoza Andrés Machado wearing the brand’s clothes have been produced, and on the day of the event, a giant pitcher pitcher be exhibited at Kyocera Dome Osaka (Gate 13, in front of the first aisle).

There will also be limited collaboration goods on sale featuring the DAKS bear “ALEC” in a uniform, as well as an “ALEC Peel-Off Challenge” where you can win autographed goods from players. At the entrance gate, the first 10,000 people will receive a DAKS original collaboration towel.

Espinoza said excitedly, “I thought I looked like a successful businessman in Japan, and when I looked in the mirror, I really did look like him. At the same time, I thought it was a very interesting fashion, especially the way he used this scarf. It’s really comfortable to wear. I think I’ll continue to wear this fashion style in the future (laughs).” Machado also said happily, “It’s good that it’s different from my usual fashion. It feels fresh. I was surprised that they prepared shoes that fit my size perfectly (29.5 cm), but I really liked the jacket and the knitwear I’m wearing underneath. I’d like to wear it when celebrating a special day with my wife.”
