Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort, Breakfast Buffet Renewal

Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort has renewed its breakfast buffet on July 18.

With the concept of ‘Marche’, more than 120 types of menu items are available. The seafood bowl corner, where you can customize to your liking, offers seafood such as tuna, salmon, shrimp, and sea grapes, as well as toppings like pickled radish, sweet pickled papaya, mentaiko, and hot spring eggs using free-range eggs from Miyagi Farm. The salad corner, mainly using vegetables from Okinawa Prefecture, features leafy greens such as sunny lettuce and green leaf, red turnip, steamed island vegetables, and 15 types of toppings like nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. Okinawan appetizers such as poke with island tofu, jimami tofu, and Okinawan mozuku seaweed with aonori konjac are available, as well as omelets made by chefs right before your eyes, chef’s original recipe sausages, brioche using purple yam and matcha azuki, curry bread made with Agu pork, classic Okinawa soba, goya champuru, fu champuru, Ryukyu porridge, and purple yam pancakes.

The location is the 3rd-floor buffet restaurant ‘Suriyun’. The buffet is available from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Prices are 3,600 yen for adults and 2,100 yen for children aged 6 to 12.
