Yokohama’s Minato Mirai: The Futuristic Waterfront That Will Blow Your Mind! 🤯🇯🇵

The name of this drama it’s called Guru. So if 
you read kanji, you can come here. This is the police. And the thing is the police here they 
clean the boat by themsel. This is like anko pastry. This is the first snug in Chinatown. Wow 
man. Look at the the lamps and the lern. This is looks amazing. Wow. Look at this street guys. 
Good afternoon guys. Welcome back to new video here in different location. I am in the very south 
which is the second largest city here in Japan. Welcome to Yukohama. Yokohama. Yes, I am here in 
Minato Mai, one of the luxurious modern futuristic area here in um in in Tokyo which is uh it it’s 
located in Kanagawa Prefecture actually which is uh Yukohama guys. So look at that. Look at the 
vibes. It’s amazing here. This is my first time here in Yukohama and I’m really really impressed 
what this city looks like. It’s impressive. So, we’re going to explore the Minato area here 
and architect building as you can see here. There is a temp park. This is a skyline 
park, I think. So, if you come to Yukohama, make sure to visit the red bricks warehouse 
and Chinatown. So, this city has a Chinatown, the biggest one in Japan. It’s really insane 
here guys. Yukohuama. So one of the reason I came to Yukohama, I heard this a modern area 
and also it’s a luxury area actually also is known by big innovation here and the Japanese 
tradition also. Of course I heard also there is a iconic skyline here in Yukohama in Minato which 
is uh has many things to offer. Shopping malls. This is all futuristic towers. There are there are 
many headquarts here actually here this is a hotel uh APA actually they call it APA and there this is 
actually the fairwell has a temp park actually you can do the ride for the roller coaster it looks 
crazy guys and now I am next to the train station Yukohama for air cable so you can take this air 
cable to the other area I don’t know where guys uh I have no idea where they are taking 
but we’re going to explore the area looks fantastic there look Look at there, guys. 
And the other building actually is a world porter. It’s a It’s like a biggest mall here in 
Yukohama. Yeah. So, look at the the air cable. It’s amazing. So, look at the 
other area, guys. Wow. Nice. This is the lane path for bicycle and also 
walking here. You can go. Let’s see the bay. Bay is everywhere, guys. Look at that. 
So, you can see the boat is coming. Woohoo. It’s a peaceful seaside, Yokohama. I love 
it. And I’m escaping the heat, guys. Man, it’s so hot here. And I need to look for a vending 
machine. And I want to show you how it looks like from this side. Wow. Look at that, guys. Look at 
the view from here. This may be maybe a hotel. You can take a walk here, guys. Wow. You can 
escape the heat everywhere. It’s like 1 hour only 1 hour ride to come to to Yukohama from 
Shibuya. It takes maybe 30 minutes. If you take the express line, of course, uh you can 
take a line Toyoko. It’s It’s a red line. It’s easy. You can use Google Map to for uh to access 
train to navigate. It’s so easy here in Japan. Much easier. And it cost maybe like $3 $4 for 
one trip. And look at the museum park. It’s so big actually. And the view is insane. I’m so 
impressed guys. This is nice view from here. Okay, just arrived here. There are too many 
vending machine here. So maybe we’ll try to grab a drink, guys. All right. And next this nice 
view, guys. You can have vending machine. So yeah, let’s get the This is my favorite, 
guys. Drink. Then we have to put uh 150 in. Uh-oh. Seems not working. I don’t 
know why. Okay. I had to use my electronic cycle. Seems like coins doesn’t work here. Wait, guys, 
I got my drink. Lemon squash. Cheers. Woo! Man, I’m so thirsty. Finally, we are inside. So, 
this is Minato Mai actually. And uh from here, let’s explore the other area, Chinatown. 
Let’s go, guys. Okay, guys. As you can see, so this is the police of the bay here. Actually, 
the main prefecture here in Kanagawa, especially the bay area in Yokohama. So, every police has 
like a bay boat. Each yacht has a number. And the thing is that police here they they clean 
the boat by themsel which is really interesting. Wow. As you can see the police guys they’re doing 
great job. Okay. Finally we made it to Yamashita Park guys. This is one of the most beautiful park 
here in Yokohama. So yeah everybody comes here to chill. Nice atmosphere peaceful. Yeah you don’t 
need to pay anything. Just for free. We are in Yamashita Park. Yeah. Here in Yokohama. And also 
is very close to Chinatown, which is we’re going to go there soon, guys. So stay tuned. And

warehouse. Looks very cool here, guys. So also there is a like a artist performance around the 
area here. Yeah, look at this guys. This is my first time seeing the Yamashita Park. And also 
I heard that Yamashita Park uh has many flowers like too many kind of flowers especially Himawi. 
They call it Japanese Himawi. Can you hear the the cicadas? It gives a really summer vibes here 
in Japan. Especially if you’re watching anime, you always like listen to this kind of stuff. 
They call it simi actually in Japanese. So yeah, summer you’re going to hear cicadas everywhere. 
Mountain non park even like especially if you go to parks and green area there are many rules 
here. So as you can see this is the park. Yukohama first impression it’s really good. Yeah, it offers 
many things. It offers shopping mall, futuristic shopping mall actually. And it offers um good 
area to chill, especially green, the parks. And from here, if you come Chinatown, it’s right here. 
So, we’re going to explore. I’m so excited for it, guys. So this is the shade inside Yamashita Park 
which is next to NYK Hikawa Maru boat actually has a history that boat knowing that Yukohama 
registered like population here is almost like 3 million 700,700 something like that that was like 
2024 but 2025 2025 it’s same also registered like 3,7 700,000 which is like less than Tokyo. Tokyo 
it’s crazy. This is NYK which is Hikawa Maru. You can see there that’s a retired Japanese ocean 
liner. I give you some highlight about the history guys. It was built actually in Yukohama. So which 
means NYK like a Nepon using Kaisha. That’s the meaning of uh and we have a guitar playing ground 
here. It’s it gives a really nice uh vibes. So this is Hikawa Maru. It was launched in September 
1929 and entering service in May 1930 on Yukohama Transpacific. Yeah. Has a long history actually. 
All right, guys. So, this is actually the red bricks warehouse. The most trendiest coffee shops 
and souvenir shops here. And this is how it look. And actually here, if it’s night, when it get 
darks, you’re going to see amazing view here in Yukama. So actually is the best view in a night 
life and you can see all the the neon lights here and this is actually a Yukama the name of the city 
and you can see the the neon lights here and also you can see the neon lights in the skyline. Yeah, 
skyline. Exactly. You can see the the view and there are many shops actually here. But guys, I 
think uh if you want to come here, it’s better to come in the night life. As you can see, welcome to 
Hawaii. Today is Hawaiian day, guys. So, yeah, too many things the kind of festival here around the 
red bricks warehouse red bricks, guys. Yukohama. It’s really nice. I really 
recommend you to visit. Yeah, it’s a good option actually. Better than uh Tokyo. Yeah. Now, let’s explore other part. As you 
can see, there is a smoking space here. So, people can smoke here actually. Is he inside 
the tent? I’m wondering how it looks like. Oh, welcome Yukama. Actually, Yukohama. This is my 
first time in Yukahama, guys. And I’m I’m truly like eachless and impressed. I’m truly impressed. 
Red bricks still bigger. So, we’re going to explore around the area here. And also, there is a 
park you can enjoy like many people enjoying. They do like a picnic day actually. So, this is it. 
Red bricks. Uh actually, I had no plan for this Hawaiian festival, guys. So like like there are 
many festivals here often only food and drinking which is nice. You can try different uh different 
kind of food and festivals here. So today you guys Hawaiian today we are Hawaiian. Aloha and shout 
out if you are from Hawaii. This is Vid Bricks guys how it looks like from here. So inside cafe, 
restaurant and you can find souvenir shops if you like shopping. So I I really recommend you red 
bricks but it’s very expensive a bit. Yeah, it’s a bit price. Just want to show you the bay 
from this area. Ocean smells so good, guys. Wow, man. I feel like I really want to swim. Wow, look 
at that guys. Woo. So there are many tables here. Everyone is holding umbrella. This is insane 
guys. And also it’s windy. That’s why I’m using the mic guys. It’s a bit best option actually. So 
usually there are many festivals around the area. They they usually they they are here in red bricks 
uh area. So, as you can see, too many shops for uh craft drinks and soft drinks. And it’s very 
sunny, guys. I have to hide from the heat. Like almost nothing to see here. It’s only food. 
But usually there are many kind of festival. Welcome to Red Bricks Yukohama. 
So, yeah guys, so I’m inside. This is actually red brick. Used to be a warehouse 
and now it’s like uh has many trending cafes and uh art space and many souvenir shops. Actually 
there are many arts around the area. Many shops you can buy souvenir actually has like a like a 
three three floors. So, I am in the second floor actually, but the first floor is super crowded, so 
it’s hard to film, guys. Yeah. I’m going to try go It’s a bit tough. All right. This is used to be my favorite anime when I was uh younger, which is called the black. 
They call it in Japan in Musk Tiger. which is this one. All right. Mask player. 
What what I got? Let’s see. It’s a bag, guys. Look. That’s crazy. I got 
a bag. Small bag actually. I got a bag. What should I do with it? I really want to like a 
figure for the the mas tiger. Let’s see. It seems like there are many gasha here. Machine. 
Wow. Look at this guys. This is really good. This is like a name of lines in Japan. Metro 
Japan. So the Z is Honzomoin Hibaku Nuku I think. I’m not I hope I’m not mistaken. 
Metro Tokyo and we have the Tiger Mask. Good first floor guys which is brid bricks 
building has many shots as you can see. Uh, too many trendy shops, souvenirs. 
It’s a bit crowdy, guys. So, hopefully to get nice shots. 
This is how it looks like. So, here actually there is a like 
a leather wallet shops and here it’s like also souvenir shops. Wow, I love the too 
many hand making arts. Wow, it’s super crowded, guys. And here there is a like a leather shops 
as you can see. It’s called Kisura. Yeah, Kisura. Yeah, this is the red bricks, guys. And also 
they have a very expensive uh cake shop, I think. So we are entering now to Chinatown here 
in Yukohama. Let’s see how it looks like guys. It’s so vibrant here. So yeah, you definitely must 
come to here. Look at the the the beautiful color and the entrance of the Chinatown, the gates. And 
it seems a bit busy actually. So now it’s like almost 400 p.m. and this is Chinatown in Yukohama. 
There are many souvenir shop here in Chinatown. Wow. So this is it. This is 
the largest one in Japan. Maybe let’s try this one. Yeah, it’s okay. Thank you. This is uncle. Alato asking if you have allergy. I just 
said hi. This is like a ankco pastry. This is the first snug in Chinatown. Let’s go. So yeah. So this is the street. Many people 
drinking here, eating like a pancake. Look at this guys. Chinatown. First time in Yokohama. I 
mean, wow. So yeah. So in Japan, there are three Chinatown actually. So Yukohama one, which is this 
one, is one of the largest one in Japan. And as you can see, This is how it looks like. It says 
there are like six over 600 restaurant in this Chinatown. But the second largest one is in Nanki 
Namachi in Hugo Prefecture in Coobe. Third one is in Nagazaki. That’s the third one. Nagazaki. But 
Chinatown here in Yukohama. It looks amazing. I’ve never been to, this is my first time 
here, but I’ve never been to the one in Kub or Nagazaki. And actually, there are many 
hotels around the Chinatown, very close to the street. It looks so busy here, guys. This 
is like a like a seafood, maybe. I don’t know. I don’t know what is it, guys, but it 
seems like you need to line up. This is like this like a Chinese dishes 
actually. 2 minutes. All right. Look at this guys. It’s like people waiting for 
the Wow, this is so crazy guys. I’ve never seen they had to sit down and keep watching you till 
you finish your meal. That’s so stressful. Not for me. Uh we seem we have a egg like a egg 
tart. Yeah. It’s like a most famous uh snack in Hong Kong if I’m not mistaken. But Hong 
Kong one of the most next destination. Yeah. Many restaurant as I said more than 
600 maybe more. Chinatown. This is we have a Hong Kong restaurant. 
Same day matcha ice cream a lot. Okay. Wow. Look at the svenir shop. So huge, guys. 
Wow, man. Look at the the lamps and the lanterns. China Square. This is looks amazing, guys. Wow. Love it. Woo. And man, I’ve seen this strawberry 
candy everywhere. Everywhere you go, you find strawberry candy. And also they 
have like uh the water easy. Wow. Feels so refreshing. So this is the the end of street. 
It looks very designed, cool vibes. Yeah. And it’s not really really like um crowded like 
Tokyo. And even even today is a public holiday, guys. So yeah, if you’re watching this 
video, I don’t know when I’m gonna post it, but today is a public public holiday in 
Japan. Chinatown, Yukama, you really must visit. Look at this street, guys. That’s 
insane. Look at the the view. Love it. Seems like a hot dog. Chinese. 
There are many gills actually. Um, wow. Actually, we have here a Taiwanese food actually, 
guys. It’s like a Taiwanese gyoza. I don’t know. It’s uh Oh my god, look at the P. Very close. So, 
I think they they just put the olanis, so it’s hard to to spot the English. Look at that guys. 
Okay guys, now I am inside a restaurant, Chinese one, but this is the menu. So I’m going to share 
with you what I’m going to order. So let’s see. So actually I am in in a most famous I mean famous 
in here in this Chinese restaurant. It was in a famous drama in Japan actually which is and uh the 
name of this drama it’s called. So this is like a most famous one. It was actually a here in this 
restaurant as you can see. You can see here guys. Okay, guys. I just got uh duck. This is duck. Like 
quack quack quack duck with the soy sauce. I don’t know. I’m not a big fan of soy sauce actually,
