I found this 1990 LS400 on Facebook marketplace listed with 87k miles. Seller claims nothing is wrong with it besides the odometer being broken and the taillights not working. The car had some maintenance done to it (second slide) and comes on bc coils.

Odo being broken is a no sale for me
If the odo is broken assume it has double the miles. If the maintenance is legit and you want an old V8 luxury car it might be worth the price.
Taillight not working is strange, some kind of accident or water damage is not good, and a bulb is easy to fix so it must be something more serious. They did all this maintenance but the taillight didn’t make the list? That’s something you can easily get pulled over and fined for.
With a broken odometer the reported mileage is useless. It could have 150k on it.
