Midnight Purple R34 GTR

I just spotted this Midnight Purple II (I think, I'm not an expert) Skyline R34 GT-R in Palm Beach, Aruba. Can anyone tell me if it's a real one or a replica?
The last picture is another R34 I saw earlier today, I think it's a replica but I'm also not sure
