Former NFL legend Tom Brady shared a YouTube video on Friday in which he purchased his own rookie trading card from Mint Shibuya in Japan.

“Brady has excellent arm strength. He can really get the pass to his target quickly. An outstanding athlete,” Brady read off the back of the card at the 50 second mark of the video. “It’s the first time I’ve ever heard that.”

The video later shows Brady and his family learning how to use a katana, the Japanese sword wielded by samurai.

Brady previously shared photos from his family’s trip to Kyoto and Tokyo in a Wednesday post on his Instagram.

“What an amazing culture of honor, respect, and discipline… These trips shape us and remind us how much there is to learn when we step outside our routines and see the world together,” Brady wrote.

Brady, who made his broadcasting debut last September, is heading into his second NFL campaign as an NFL analyst for Fox Sports and his first full season as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.

This season he will join Kevin Burkhardt in calling 11 games celebrated by Fox Sports as “America’s Game of the Week,” including a Week 2 Super Bowl LIX rematch between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs.
