Um, we’re waiting for the real estate agent to roll up any minute and we’re going to go inside and check it out and see what the condition of it looks like. Um, please subscribe. Yeah. Air conditioner downstairs just looks good. [Music] There’s a lot of stuff in the house. It It seems to be in really good condition for the price. A lot of items obviously left behind in here. So Tommies are in excellent condition. Apparently this house has been empty for 7 years. [Music] This looks as though this still works. It’s in This looks in pretty good condition. [Music] Do you know if the plumbing needs any work or the roof? It’s good questions. [Music] Hey guys, we’re back here at our house. It was fun to look through that house. Really good condition. Um, beautiful little Japanese cottage. Yes. Uh, the tatami mats were in excellent condition and the the aircon units looked rather new. Even though the property’s been vacant for 7 years, they don’t look really used. There was no visible signs of any damage of on the roof. Um, the kitchen needs a little bit of work. Obviously, it needed a bit of a little little bit of a cleanup, but overall the property um there wasn’t a lot of like torn up doors or sliding doors that needed to be replaced. It was overall in really really good conditions. And for $7,000 US, I mean, that’s just kind of a bargain. The didn’t the house does not come with parking. However, the parking I think was what he said was 500 yen per month, which is like $4 per month to have a parking spot. So, that’s actually really really affordable option as well. So, absolutely.
