This Japanese island is an absolute gem, and a much-needed respite from the major cities that get way too overpacked with tourists. Here are some of my favorite things to do in Okinawa:

Beach time – white fluffy sand and crystal clear water all day

Nago Pineapple Park – the cutest pineapple-themed amusement park with games, pineapple-themed snacks, and even a pineapple liquor distillery and winery

Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium – This aquarium is world-renowned and widely considered one of the best in the world.
