[Music] searching for the best bowls of udon in sapuro udon U is located in an Alleyway of the Tanuki Koji shopping street this little restaurant is known for the zangi udon it’s a big bows of udon served with zangi chicken which is a Hokkaido style fried chicken we ordered the oyako udon which comes with fried chicken and a tempura half-boiled egg the egg is fried on the outside and runny on the inside with a yolk that melts into the broth complimenting The Taste and texture of the noodles
