Unfortunately, it’s raining in Tokyo, but hopefully in Mako Island, it’s not raining though. Sweet. We arrived to Han airport terminal number two. It is a terminal for ANA. So, this is our flight to Mako Island. Seems like no delay. So, today we are heading to Mako Island which is right next to Taiwan. I booked the premium class for going to Mako Island today. So we will enjoy the nice seat of ANA. Let’s go to the terminal. If you are using the JA terminal number one and ANA, it’s terminal number two. For the international flight, usually it’s terminal number three. Actually, my original plan was coming over here in area time because we can use the premium lounge for the premium class. But uh well, since there is a delay of the train, we kind of late. Hopefully still we can use it now. Anyways, let me check in the luggage first. So, let’s go. So, going to the domestic departure in the B1 for there are many restaurants and usually those restaurants are reasonable price. There are company and the drug stores too. So, let’s go in nap. My flight departure time is 12:00 p.m. So, we have 1 hour and 4 minutes. Hopefully, it’s enough time for exploring the lounge, though. So, that’s the baggage checking. And the tug is here. So, we just need to place it over here. All right. So, I guess that’s it. Ah, that’s pretty convenient. Well, since I booked the premium class today, I think I could use that premium check in over there, but we don’t have time. So, we just use that the automatic one because probably it will be quicker. It’s my first time visiting ANOA suite lounge, so I’m not sure where it is. Well, it should be in the fourth floor. Well, I just asked where it is. And actually, it’s inside. Speaking of the security checkpoint, I couldn’t film it because of the security reason, but uh it was pretty quick. So, there are three lounges inside the Hanada airport. This is the first one, and this is a kind of small one. Let’s go check inside. There is a space of magazine and the power outlet over here. And here it’s the glass. Oh, here they have a different kinds of beer. It’s a saporo. Also, it’s the hibu which is the whiskey soda if you want to drink whiskey. Here is the drink also. Oh, they have a choya umeu plum wine soft drink fountain and also au. I think this is something healthy. It’s like a veggie juice plus coffee machine. And there’s a fancy seat beside the seat. There’s a power outlet too. There’s also a table and uh we can see the airplane outside. That was pretty nice atmosphere. But since we don’t have time, we can’t enjoy it though. There’s another one, too. So, let’s go check out other place, too. All right. So, let’s go check up the next loungey. I I wish I had time. It’s shame the train always happen. We still have 40 minutes before the flight. So, should be fine. So, here another lounge. So, this ANA lounge, it’s the same one but in a different place. And this sweet loungey, it’s a bigger one. So, I want to check up this one. Let’s go. So, I just found out that bigger loungey, we can’t use it. I thought we can use it if we book a ticket of the premium class, but actually we can’t use it. Maybe next time. So that sweet loungey is for the diamond level which is kind of like at the higher status of the ANA my age club but unfortunately that’s not for ANA beginners. So it’s show anyways. So come oops I totally forgot today I will drive. So yeah, only one ship I think should be fine because we still have 4 hours until now. But uh yeah, I can’t drink alcohol because I will rent the car. So maybe next time. Well, according to the internet, I heard there’s a food in the sweet lounges and I thought that we can enter it. So I didn’t eat the breakfast today, but seems like we can’t enter it. So instead, they had the free snack over there, too. So we can enjoy the free snack. And the cafe latte is so compai. Deep fried tofu. Compared to the usual food that I eat, it’s much healthier. So, it’s a good start. And it has a sushi roll, too. Interesting. Oh, they have a original coffee. Coffee journal in the sky. That sounds good. So, it’s the coffee and the chocolate and Oh, that’s nice. I thought it’s a regular chocolate, but seems like there are the two layers. It’s like the nice cookie. Nice orange chocolate flavor. Yeah, I’ve been trying to connect to the Wi-Fi. Yeah, but seems like it doesn’t connect. Oh my goodness, outside already gets totally dark. So, let me explain what happens. The restaurant I was looking for actually it’s already closed. And it seems like restaurant around here. They only open the lunchtime and they don’t open dinner time except those group restaurants. I was thinking to going to the local restaurant, but it’s other side of the island. So, we have to drive like a 30 minutes from here. Well, I was planning to visit there tomorrow, but uh yeah, it’s pretty tough to find a dinner around here except, you know, super nice restaurant. Well, either way, it gets darker. So, let’s go back to the hotel first and let me think about it. So, we came back to the hotel now and it seems like there is a market. Then maybe we can go check up over there. So, let me see the restaurant. It’s a funky flamingo. That sounds interesting. Seems like it is more like the bar though. Okinawa beer is [Music] very light taste. Nice dashy flavor. And this green one it is the mo. [Music] nice seaweed flavor perfectly matches with this gentle soup. [Music] Oh, I just realized I said it’s fried tofu, but actually it’s a fish cake. And here is a huge port latte. [Music] It’s not slurry. Belly tender. Melting in my mouth. Yeah, it was nice fun atmosphere over there. So let’s go back to the hotel room. Look. So I just came back to the hotel. That was pretty fun. So let me talk about the money. how much it costs so that this can be the help for the future Japan trip. So speaking of the plane ticket, I booked the premium class tour to the Mako Island from Tokyo Han. The regular price is pretty expensive. However, this time I used the shareholders benefit program which you can have a kind of half price discount. Well, basically you don’t have to be a shareholder. You just go to the discounted ticket office and then you can buy the, you know, ANA discounted shareholder ticket. It cost about like a 500 Japanese yen and then it becomes the half price for the ticket there. One thing you have to be careful is that there’s only limited slot so that sometimes you can book the ticket and sometimes you can’t. So if you have a flexible time, you can always use that shareholder benefit ticket. So, with that shareholder benefit ticket, it cost 55,000 Japanese yen for one way. And speaking of the hotel, I was originally planning to stay in the cheaper hotel, which is not the Bay Area, but this time I decided to stay in the nicer hotel, so we are staying in the Bay Area with nice swimming pool. This is not the busy season, so for two night it costs 30,000 Japanese yen. Also, speaking of the rental car, it cost about 20,000 Japanese yen including the full cover insurance. So, that means even I got the accident, I don’t have to pay anything. So, you know, that’s literally full covered. That’s a price for 2 days. And when I return the car, I have to fill the gas. Well, it might cost 2 to 3,000 Japanese yen. So, all together, it’s about, you know, 22 23,000 Japanese yen, I think. Well, depend on how much I drive, but it could be more expensive though. Yes, I brought the GoPro so I can film. Well, if it’s not like a rainy cloudy day tonight, I’m planning to visit the beautiful night view spot as well. Yes, as you saw on the street, there is no international travelers. Well, even no travelers much yet. Well, maybe during the summer time they will, but definitely this is not that popular spot for the international travelers.
