Although we didn’t see the ice drift, it’s still a worth trip. And the rice wine was really sweet and nice. Love it. The icebreaker ride was cancelled due to weather issues and we went to the ice museum instead. It also gave us an idea of how the ride could have been. We had lots of fun playing in the ice. Due to the long distance, the trip was too rushed. The sushimi don in the set meal was not tasty and many people left a lot of food. But I was lucky to see the icebreaker. You can no longer see Drift Ice in early March. If you want to see it, the best time is mid to late February. The lunch arranged by Cluke is very rich and the Sunko Ice Fall Festival is worth seeing. The tour guide, Cassie, is so humorous and funny. She is also very professional and attentive in receiving all the group members. It is really my first luck to be able to join her group. Smiling face with hearts emoji, smiling face with hearts emoji. The Manbetsu icebreaker is really far away and the journey takes 4 hours. Mostly Japanese people on the bus. The bus is clean and spacious. The seafood bowl with lunch is good. Since we have to hurry, the tour guide can pay for dinner. I advise you to order it, otherwise you will come back hungry. Even the lunch box is a bit prefuncter. The icebreaker is highly recommended. The Sunio a very long bus ride and no ice cream in the end in Montbetsu early March, but a great experience in the end. Although the car ride was long, it was all worth it because I got to ride on the icebreaker and see the drifting ice. Lunch was okay.
