Exploring HIROSHIMA! Our 3 Days in Japan’s Historic City π―π΅
We spent 3 Days in Hiroshima, Japan! Our visit included seeing the amazingly beautiful MIYAJIMA ISLAND and the unique experience of seeing the rabbits on RABBIT ISLAND.
Come with us as we explored Hiroshima, eating amazing food like the local oysters and okonomiyaki, soaking in the history of the destruction of the city by the atomic bomb in 1945, and seeing the resurgence since then and the promotion of world peace. We spent a full day on MIYAJIMA where we saw the beauty and history of the shrines and temples, including the famous floating torii gate. Of course our daughter loved the many deer living on the island. We then journeyed to Okunoshima (RABBIT ISLAND) where we loved seeing the beauty and playing with the many rabbits roaming the island.
