BTS member Jin took Ostaka by storm. The K-pop idol captivated the Kyocera Dome with sizzling live performances during his ongoing Run Seokjin Tour, his first solo dome concert in Japan. Infact, his two sold out shows achieved the milestone and received an unparalleled ARMYs engagement. It sold out 130,000 seats in just 24 hours its Day 1 (July 12) and Day 2 (July 13), leaving the venue packed to capacity including even the restricted view sections in the uppermost tiers. As per reports, the unexpectedly overwhelming ticket demand led organisers to open all available seats. Jin is currently on his solo world tour titled RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, and his Japan leg’s success added another unmatched feather to his cap as a solo artist.

The images and videos of the packed venue from Kyocera Dome concert Day 2 on July 13 have gone viral on social media. The Japanese media has been reporting how the entire Osaka converged to the show, that left even Jin shocked. One such moment that proved the BTS star’s worth was during ARMY bomb that the fans offered him to express their unwavering support to BTS. “ARMY, you are everything to me,” Jin said on stage. Following the two concerts, Jin even crossed 51 million followers on Instagram.

Jin feels “awkward” when BTS as a full group is not with him on stage

After Day 1 in Osaka on July 12, Jin held a Weverse live to interact with fans and thanks them for the love they showered. While addressing questions about his ease as a soloist on stage, he said he misses his entire group. Speaking on the hiatus the seven members have been on owing to their individual military services and whether he misses the septet being on stage together, Jin said, “When I’m on stage, I think of them a lot. It’s been 13-14 years, and I’ve been on stage with them for more than 10 years, so when they’re not there, it feels awkward.”

Talking about his fellow BTS mates, he added, “Our members? I’m sure they’re all doing well. Wherever they are, I’m sure they’re doing their best.”

BTS in the US to work on comeback album

BTS member RM travelled to Los Angeles recently to “Set things up” for his group’s US haul to work on their upcoming comeback album in spring of 2026. The leader was joined by Jimin, Jungkook and Suga last week. Jin, along with J-Hope who also had his show headlining the Lollapalooza music festival in Berlin on July 13, will next join them the rest, completing the full group attendance. BTS is expected to remain in the US and not return to South Korean for the next two months.
