It takes about 2 hours from Tokyo by bullet train. So Sai is actually the biggest city in Tohoku. I’m not sure how many. I think maybe 1 million. I I’m just just just an estimate. 1 million population maybe maybe more. I think it’s like the top it’s one of the top 10 cities in uh Japan and it’s the biggest in Tohok. Of course, Basendai is famous for food, right? They have two types of food that’s really popular here. One, the first one is guang. It’s a beef tongue. Yes, we eat the tongue here and it’s delicious. I just had it and it was mesmerizing. Like I I expected something that, you know, I’ve had beef tongue back in Tokyo. It was okay. You know, there’s um there’s a few, you know, beef tongue restaurants in Tokyo, they they taste good. You know, they’re very chewy and everything, but it was off the charts, right? The one that I had just just had it. We just walked up to a place. The rating was like 4.1. So, it’s not the best. um maybe just above average, but it was like by far the best gut I’ve ever had. Right. And next next after gutan um the second most popular is called zundamoi. So zunda is um edamame. It’s made from the the edamame green beans and they turn that into um usually into like a dessert, right? In the form of either like a shake or like moi like a sticky rice, right? And I love it. It’s I love it. And the best part about Sai is that the station once you arrive at Sundai station, it’s got everything right in the station. There’s a street. It’s a street called um Zunda Street where they have like several zundamoi or like zunda shake restaurants. And then there’s also another street. Oh, hey guys. Guys, this was the one that we were just at. Oh. remember? Oh, really? Really? Yeah. This is amazing. This was amazing outside, too. Um I think that’s the other one. I think I think might might be the one up there, but this is the one we were just at. Yeah, this place bookmark it. It was amazing. We didn’t have it at the station. We walked like 4 minutes from from the station and it was delicious. Um anyways, now we’re heading to the Zunda Street, right? Okay, let me show you guys. Zinda Zunda Zunda. So, Zunda is green, right? It’s like that green bean. And look, I love it. Should we eat inside or get it to go? It’s Let’s take a look at the menu. Okay. All right, look at that. First of all, I’m going to get the mochi that says Ichimani, the most popular zinda moi. And then I’m also going to get the shake. Zinda shake. I love zinda. us.
