Welcome back to another episode, new video here in so far from Tokyo which is
Chiva Narita most famous festival in Japan Gon. So today we’re going to explore Gillion one
of the most famous historical actually festival here in Japan especially in Narita city which
is close to the airport Narita like a few like a 10 minutes from here to Narita airport. So
this one usually it happens on July 4th July. So welcome to Omoteisando Street. So this is a
giant festival here in Naritaando. All right, as you can see the celebration already
started. So we’re going to explore the whole day here in Narita. All right, this is
amazing vibes. One of the most hidden festival here in Japan which is very far from Tokyo. It
takes almost 1 hour and a half to arrive here. This traditional summer festival has
been celebrated for over 300 years ago. So dating back to the early 1,700 century
which is very long time during the ado period. This is a festival is closely tied
to Narasan next to Shin Shoouji temple. The famous Buddhist temple
around here which is founded in 940 BK. That was very long time ago. I love the vibes.
I love the celebration. It’s amazing guys. So yeah festival. Guom festival. Actually the one in
Kyoto. one of the most famous festival in Japan. But actually this one is a hidden gems and uh it’s
really nice also to explore. I love the vibes. Oh, so cool guys. I think I came early today just to have enough
time and explore the area because it takes like uh almost 2 hours to come from uh Tokyo especially
if you want to come from Chibuya Gi here. Uh it’s very expensive. It cost like uh almost uh $10 like
just one trip $10. It’s a round trip maybe almost 20 or $20. It’s like on Yan Japanese it was one
way was 1,300 or four depends on uh if you want to make fast train or just a local one. If you take
local it’s going to take you forever. So welcome to the outside of Tokyo area is very underrated
actually. You never know about it if you don’t ask local or maybe do research. Actually during
summer there are many festival in Japan which is uh July and August. This is um there are too
many festival during that period summer and also the weather is very hot and humid. So
if you explore there are many festival around Tokyo also which is I really want to explore
the Gon. I wanted to to check Gon in Kyoto. Uh maybe on the future. I hope if I can catch
it. But the one here is one one of the most uh convenient date for me. So yeah, convenient
time for me to explore that uh here around the Narita Motor. I I looked for it. It was very
interesting area. So let’s explore it and dive in. If you take a GR, you’re going to end up in Narita
GR station, which is uh right in front of me, right there. So, and then there is one way street.
It takes you directly to Omoteando Narita Street. So actually guys, during night is going to be
insane view here and insane lightning which is I’m looking forward to it. Hopefully I stay longer
because it seems now not really busy and I think I think it’s so hard for people to come out here and
also here is very far away from touristic. Yeah, I see only I am the only foreigner here actually
and you see the decoration started already. So actually it started uh um I think it started
uh yesterday which is 4th July. So it’s going to be happening here around this area from 4th
July till 6th July which is Friday, Saturday, Sunday. But the other Guon I think it’s going
to be in Kyoto and also some area in uh in uh Tokyo. But if you Google it, you will find many
especially if you check a website. It’s called Japan Festival Summer. They will lead you all the
dates and is very good website. You can check you can check guys. Okay. So this is the station
