I dont know what to do….

I live in japan and currently own a 94 R32 GTR and I really feel like I want to buy the new Fairlady Z, but I would have to sell the GTR to get it. Has anyone done the same or own the new Z that can give me some advice on what to do. My wife is against selling the skyline btw.
