Tokyo Game Show is a staple of the industry, with primarily Japanese developers taking to the event to reveal new games, offer updates on titles and more. Ahead of this year’s event (taking place in September), the full line-up of hundreds of developers and publishers has now been revealed.
Set to go live between the 25th and 28th of September, 2025’s Tokyo Game Show will once again feature hundreds of developers and publishers. Of course, the scope of each team’s involvement differs, with many simply being present across different booths.
That said, pretty much all the heavy-hitters (Nintendo aside) are set to take part in some form or another at TGS this year, including but not limited to:
Arc System Works
Bandai Namco
Capcom
EA
Koei Tecmo
Konami
Microsoft
Ubisoft
SEGA
Sony
Square Enix
Take-Two
While certainly one of the biggest video game expos out there, with over 4000 booths planned for this year’s event, TGS typically does not offer too much in the way of major announcements.
Regardless, it is exciting nonetheless to see so many participants at this year’s Tokyo Game Show. Hopefully we do get to see at least a couple cool / unexpected announcements.
