Flying back Home to Florida from Japan on Zipair traveling for more then 24 hours 6/30/2025

All right, good morning everybody. Hope you guys are having a wonderful day. Me and Tann are dancing and out. We’re staying motivated cuz we got a long day ahead of us. We’re going from here to Narita. From Narita to San Jose, California. We land about 9:30 in the morning, uh, California time. So June 30th is today. June 30th in the morning tomorrow, but today. Um, and then at 1 I think o’clock we get on a flight to Texas. And then from Texas we fly to Orlando. Still landing in Orlando on June 30th. We have quite a day ahead of us. Um, it’s a little more lo 24 hours of traveling. You ready for it? Yep. He’s not ready for it. I don’t think he’s ready. But just got them all pancakes and everything like that. I’m tailing dealing dealing with the trash and getting everything all put away so that they have an easy way to clean the house when we leave. We’re all packed up. Time to go back to Florida. You ready? Yes. Let’s go do this. Well, that’s it everybody. We are all packed up, all cleaned up, and somebody’s ready to go home. Let’s get her home. Here we go. T, are you ready? Yeah. No, you’re not. You ready, Ally? I’m about to go cheerleading. Ready to go cheerleading. All right. We We already know about you, Shelly. Trying to record and carry bags at the same time. Kind of complicated. So, the footage might be a little here and there, but uh we’re at Terminal One or platform one going to Narita for Terminal One for Zip Air on our way to San Jose, California. Next train 6 minutes. Me and Tann are sad. Where are we going to get our sushi? Go around Green Mountain. We’re not. Don’t say it like that. Oh my god. Why you hurting my feelings, son? We’re not. I want to. Oh, you don’t want to come back? I do. Oh, okay. I’m saying like for a while. You got your bluey outfit on. Comfy and cozy and ready to go. We’re all ready to go except we’re sweating right now. Supposed to be 31 Celsius today. So, pretty warm today. Oh, look. The train’s coming. Arriving at T23, the last stop. So, unfortunately, we had a delay in our train that arrived, which caused us to miss another train by like a minute. And now we missed this train by four minutes. So now we got 40 minutes until our next train. 40. Yeah. So don’t miss your trains. Either way, this machine used to be over by uh Sky Tree and it’s got cake. It’s got macaroon. It’s got all these different I remember the first time I saw this and I was like, “No way.” So, um, yeah, we got to Yeah, we got a while. That’s why you ought to make sure you leave plenty of time in case something happens. We got a moment. So, cake in a cup. It’s blueberry cream cheese. Oh, she didn’t think about me. She was like, “No, you don’t even really like cake.” So, I love cake. What are you talking about? Well, oh, it’s frozen. Is it frozen? It is frozen solid. Oh no. Okay. Wait, is that a wood spoon? No plastic. I got to let it thaw for a little bit. Okay. Well, now we know. Yeah. What? What you guys doing the trash over there? Right there. And I am just going to find me my favorite drink. Is there a Family Mart in here? Usually is. There we go. Shelly, show us the super fan on Tanner’s hair. Ready? Yeah. You got to really get that hair, you know. Here over here. Can you breathe? Little pocket fan’s insane. Wait, I want to try blowing it in my face. What you got, baby? You got some ice cream? Mama, what? I can’t see. Like I said, we got a little while. How’s the cake? Well, so far I just got frosting and the blueberry. Okay. It’s still frozen. It’s Is it good? But it’s good. Okay. Pretty smooth ride to the airport. It was The last train was Yeah, there are so many people here coming. I think there was a travel group in our Oh, is that what it is? Yeah. Oh, cuz I was like I had some room in mind. We w up having to go to separate cars. Yeah. Either way, I got to turn in the pocket Wi-Fi over here at JLABC. J A L ABC is what I used for my pocket Wi-Fi the whole time. I used the 4G model. We all been using it non-stop the whole trip. Way better than the Wi-Fi box. Oh, yeah. It was great. Yeah. So, no problems. I’m going to turn this in. Then we’re going to go get rid of this bag. and then go through security. We still have 2 hours and 40 minutes until our departure. We got plenty of time. We’re too early. We cannot check our check bag in yet. We’re that early. Have to wait till 1:00. I might have been a little off by like an hour and a half on our departure time, which is okay. It means we’re just extra early. Have to be early. We want to make sure we’re early. That’s right. So, we’re going to go feed them. Maybe grab myself something too before we head through the security and everything. But plenty of time. Look at that, Tanner. We were worried, remember? Yeah. Was not worried. I was spying. Hey, it’s BB girl. Hi, BB girl. I didn’t want to buy a monster until after security. But it’s a full 500ml monster. It’s the same size as we got back home. It’s same same and not different. It’s same same not different. It’s a little different. Well, yeah. The can design is a little different, but 270 yen. It’s 50 yen cheaper than the twist cap ones and has more fluid. Don’t ask me. I’m just really excited about the situation right here. They’re all eating right now. And uh it’s crazy. In about 15 minutes, we can check the bag in now. And then I got to go find food for this cuz there’s no way I’m drinking this without eating. Customs, immigration, and security checks complete. We are now at our gate. Yep. A little warm in here. Not too bad. Airport’s been a little warm. Yeah, but it’s not like But now we can just chill. These louners. Got the alley and I got the tanner here. And I’m about to go grab some stuff for the flight. Yes, VB. Nope. We got to wait for our airplane now. Yep. Our airplane’s not here yet. See, there’s a different airplane here right now. But when our plane shows up, we’ll show you it. Ally, what showed up? What is it? She was just a minute ago going like, “Our airplane’s here. Our airplane’s here. Can we get on yet?” Yeah. Almost time. We got about 35 minutes until boarding. So, you ready to go home? You going to play with all your toys? You going to drive daddy crazy with your videos on the TV? Yeah. Yes. Yes. Yes. You going to go Disney World? Yes. Yes. Yeah. You going to watch the parade? Yeah. Oh, okay. Awesome. Oh, she’s going to love the nighttime parade. I know. The nighttime parade she’s going to lose her mind over. Are you scrubbing your teeth with this? All right, then. That’s happening. Yeah, that’s happening. We got 15 chicken nuggets. I got my little pizza uh chicken box that I I always get when I come to the airport. We got a ton of snacks, tons of water, mouth juice. We got an Ali Boo. We got a melon soda. He’s got a melon soda. And you can see we’re about to board the plane. So, let’s get going. Here we go, everybody. You guys ready? Yeah. We’re in the back of the plane. All right, we’re on the flight. We’ll see you guys in uh California. Heat. Heat. [Music] Welcome to San Jose, California everybody. We are back where it all started. We’ve already cleared customs, immigration, everything else like that. Went and checked our bags in and already what they doing soda. And we’ve already rechecked in through security and uh they seem in good spirits, you know, especially since it’s like 3 something in the morning in Japan right now and everybody’s awake. You’re doing great. I fell like asleep for more than half of the flight. Yeah, you did. So, we’re going to figure out what we’re going to eat for food and uh figure things out from there. We’re on a mission though for a really good cheeseburger. Huh. Yeah. Tanner loved the smash burger we had here last time so much that he literally when he walked in the off the plane goes, “I’ve been here before. They have a really good cheeseburger here.” You excited for it? Yeah. But we have to walk to the other side of the airport cuz we’re at gate six and Smashburg is all the way over by like gate 22. Oh, it’s not that far. It’s only like gate. You just complained about how far it was to walk to the bathroom. And that’s right here. They just announced our the plane we just got off of that they’re almost done boarding. Do you want to go back to Japan? No. You don’t? No. Like not now, but like later. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I mean, I had a good time. Me, too. Okay. Ally had a good time. Yeah. She already misses the mall. And she’s like, “Can we go to the mall?” It’s not the same mall. Same same but different. All right, Tanner. I see Smashburger. We’re going to get some Ali. Where do you see it? Chicken nuggets because she needs some chicken nuggets. Oh, by the way, our flight’s delayed by 20 minutes right now. And uh we have an hourly connection time and now we have 40 minute connection time. So, we’ll see if we make our flight in Texas. I’m kind of nervous for that. Yeah, we’ll figure it out from there. Look at the size of this monster can. I mean, going from half size cans to fulls size can now. Yeah. What’d you get? Lemonade. Lemonade. Did you see some Takis in there? Yeah. Do you got the burgers? Show them the burgers. And we got Ally some chicken tenders cuz she loves chicken tenders. We didn’t have any barbecue sauce. Oh yeah. They give us ranch. Yeah, we hopefully she likes it. Did check on our airplane. It is in its final approach right now into um this area and we’re supposed to depart in about 40 minutes. I don’t see it happening, but staying optimistic. There’s our airplane. Well, what was our airplane? You want to go? Well, it’s already We could run out there and be like, “Wait, wait for us.” I’ve seen it in a movie once. That’s in the interest of passengers. We’re not waiting. Hey, it’s that time to board another plane. I’m starting to get very tired. Yeah. Hannah, you doing good? Yep. I’m How was the b How was the burger? Really good. It was pretty good. It wasn’t as salty as the last time we had one. Ally, you good, Dad? Yeah. I think the reason why it wasn’t so salty is because it had ketchup. It had ketchup last time. Yeah, it did. Yeah, it had ketchup. And there’s salt in ketchup. Oh, boarding our flight. We’re getting on the plane and they’re supposed to take off in 10 5 minutes. Got to do There you go. Got to do the thing. Well, our flight was super delayed and if we were to be boarding our real flight, uh, it would leave without us right now. But our next United flight is also delayed. So, we might actually make it. getting good sleep on that flight? Yeah, you did. I did get good sleep. I did. I put a movie on it. I was like, Jason St the movie. I can’t remember the The worker. And then uh next thing I know, we were on our final approach. I missed like 45 minutes of the movie. So, next plane we get on, I have to watch the rest of it. Yeah, I I fell asleep the whole day. I watched like 40 minutes of show. Ally was passed out when we landed and we were like, “Allie, we got to go.” And she goes, “No, no, I’m going to go back to sleep.” So, it’s been a interesting day. We’re heading over to E 11. If we had 15 minutes, we weren’t going to make this. We’ve been walking for almost 10 minutes already. We got a very emotional and tired Ally. Ally, say hi to everybody. I want to go see Pebbles. You want to go see? Oh, yeah. Well, we’ve been flying for Well, we’ve been up for 24 hours at this point now. Yeah. Oh, more than 24 hours. And it’s been But hey, we made it. We made it. They’re going to start boarding the plane soon. We’re going to go home and see Pebbles. Pebble. She’s having emotional Pebble time right now. You excited, Tanner? This This airport is massive. We at Houston and uh we just walked like it felt like a mile. Yeah, like speed walked across the airport. What do you want to get? There’s the mommies. Look who’s the mommies. Yay. It was a rush over here. What do you think? That wasn’t fun. The second, especially with Ali. Yeah, this is the second time that we’ve done that at this airport. This second time I’ve been to this airport and both times we had to do that. Yeah. And they’re both both united. We’re not doing that again. Yeah, we don’t United normally minimum 2-hour layover, but if we wanted to fly from San Jose to Orlando, we had to have a layover somewhere, and this is the only one that got us home today. The rest of them get us home at 6:00 a.m. That’s true. So, that was the reason we chose it. I knew it was a risk. Luckily, this flight got delayed. United was reliable in being delayed, right? So, both of our flights got delayed, which like counteracted each other. So, this the super fan we got. So, um yeah, this fight, uh the last fight, did you get some sleep on the last flight? Maybe like 15 minutes. Oh, no. I I passed out for a whole hour. I had to go back through my movie and try to rewatch it. I know. I kept watching your head like Oh, I know. I like I just cannot sleep on planes. Okay. My legs get so antsy. She’s fine now. By the way, Ally was like a moment ago super emotional now. Just smiles. Yeah, she just didn’t want to walk across the airport. Can How big is the airport? Really big. Really big. Got to get into the real hair. Ready? stylish hair profile and There you go, buddy. There you go. Better. All right, we’re supposed to board in a minute. We’re officially in the boarding process now. And we just looked at the time. It’s 10:14 in Japan right now. We got on our first train train at 10:04. Remember that? Yeah. We left our house at 9:30. Yeah. So, we’ve definitely It’s been 24 hours. Tanner, are you making it? Huh? Yeah, exactly. Okay. Huh? Yeah. We got some Starburst. Got the kids a little bit of sugar. It’s like you could stop in California and take I would recommend doing that. I But just take a band-aid off. I know how much you wanted to get home after the trip. So, that’s the only reason I’m doing it this way. It’s kind of just like otherwise we would have like laid over or stayed in the night and then flew out of San Francisco direct. That was the other option. Yeah. Do that next time. It’s hard. I don’t know. Yeah. No, I was or because like your sleep was so messed up, too. We would have got there. I don’t know what how would I know. Just do it all. Are you tired? What? Where are we? Texas. We went back in time. We time traveled today. It’s still June 30th, by the way, everybody. We left June 30th and it’s still June 30th. And when we land, it won’t be June 30th anymore. It’ll be July 1 officially, but Right. But basically, same day. Same. Same all day, but different. It’s the final jet bridge. We made it. Not the final. Oh, also on our last flight while we were boarding, they found a big rock inside the tire and they were like, “Hey, so we’re not taking off or letting anybody on the plane until we can pluck the tire or rock out of the tire.” So, that was another 15-minute delay. He doesn’t know. We’re getting on the plane. Everybody in Florida, we made it. We just looked at the time in Japan. It’s uh just hit 1:00. So, we officially made it to Orlando, 11:51 landing, which means we traveled the entire day of June 30th. since we got on a train at 10:04 in Japan. 10:04 a.m. It’s now 11:58 p.m. June 30th. What do you think? You tired? No. He says it’s bedtime. Ally, you tired? Oh man, what a day. What a day. Woo. But now we got to go get our bags. And we had our family members drop off 27 hours later. 27 hours later. Yeah. We had our family members drop the car off at the airport. Uh well, I guess technically this morning. Yeah. So that way we could just go downstairs to the parking garage and get our vehicle. That was super sweet of them. This is going to help a lot. and we’ll see you on the other side. Getting the parking right now and we just walked outside and we all had the same reaction of So, where’s the heat at? We’re actually kind of cold right now. That’s kind of funny. It’s been such a weird trip. California wasn’t hot either. It’s like in 60s. Well, at least up in San Jose. Would you look at that? The whole family. Look at the smiles on their faces right now. not realizing I have to do all the driving. I already missed the train. All right, we’re gonna get everybody home and we’ll see you guys in the morning cuz we’re not going to talk when we get home. We’re going to get everybody to bed. But we’ll see you guys in the morning and then we’ll recap the whole travel day and everything. Sound good? Yeah. Yeah, cuz I got to eat something, too. I’m hungry. Good morning, everybody. It’s been a couple days. Mhm. Yeah. Well, it’s July 3rd. Yep. I wanted to show you guys how our sleep schedule’s doing. Now, I’m doing fine. I will go to sleep at night. I wake up in the morning. Jet lag doesn’t exist. Um, but I also am used to doing this travel. I’ve done it many times over the last year, actually. So, but for them, well, this is what happened. Okay. Okay. So, we traveled for 27 hours and Ally probably slept the most on the plane. Yeah. all the plane rides. Um, I didn’t really sleep at all. You didn’t really sleep at all. Tanner slept a little bit. So, when we got home, he went right to sleep. Tanner basically went right to sleep and Ally was wide awake. Yeah. So, I’m trying. So, I’ve been on Ally schedule trying to get her to switch. Last night was good. We slept from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. So, it’s slowly like moving. Yeah, cuz the other night they were up from 1 to 8 in the morning. 1:00 p.m. to 8. No, 1:00 a.m. You were up at 1:00 a.m. Remember? No, we didn’t. I Oh, that’s right. It was 8:00 p.m. Oh gosh. Cuz I watched your stream. We were up from like 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Yeah, that’s right. That’s what it was. Yeah. And then we took a tiny nap and then we slept last night. So now tonight, we’re slowly getting there. She might need to take a little bit of a nap today, which was good. That’s good cuz if I could keep her up till like 9. Yes. We’ll be good. Oh yeah. So, um, but me and Tanner definitely, sorry. It definitely takes a couple days. Unless if you have a really long flight and you stay up the whole flights and then you get home, no matter what time it is, you’re going to be tired. Yeah. So, again, I’ve done it multiple time. I’ve never flown from Japan to Orlando before. That’s a first for me. And, uh, I do not recommend that. I do not recommend it. No, I feel stopping in California would have been a good idea for a night. I kind of I kind of recommend it. Just rip the band-aid off. Just do it cuz even if we stopped in California, our sleep would have been messed up anyways. I was wide awake. Yeah. Yeah. I I don’t think we would have slept good in California and it we just like just get home. Way to go. So, um besides that, welcome home. How has been food? Good. I’m making blueberry pancakes. We got some bacon. We got some very extra crispy bacon. Yep. And um yeah, it’s been going good. What’s your favorite thing you ate since you got home? I made a beef tenderloin or sorry, a pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. So good. All right. And then um now you’re back. My iced coffee. Oh. Mhm. Today I have a maple cinnamon iced coffee. So good. This is not workout. Don’t get that on camera. Okay, don’t get that on camera. That one right there. Also, for those who are wondering, we are back in production as you can see. Just a just a small We’re waiting on our wax. It’s literally right down the street. Um you know how Amazon always updates you how Wow. You It happens. You know it does. No. I’ve been doing most of the cooking for the last month. So, it’s stuck. So, now now she’s got to like Hey, this is Ron’s. Hey, that one’s mine. But yeah, we got some uh rasmell poo right there. And those were all just made. So, we’re letting them cure up. Yeah. Get hard so that way we can package them and get them out to you all when you when you want them. 24 shirt designs are on the website available now. All right. Yep. Now, everybody’s going to see this on the 4th of July. Okay. So, happy 4th of July everybody. I hope you guys have a great Independence Day. We’re halfway to Christmas already. Wow. This year is flying by. Yeah. Well, that there was a whole month in Japan, remember? I know. But still, besides that, like the kids go back to school in a month. I know. That’s the crazy part. Which is good cuz we can get that form filled out so we can go on the Mickey boat for the transatlantic cruise. We’re trying to get everything situated before we buy it cuz we got to make sure the school is going to even allow Tanner and Ally to be out away for like Yeah, I think that they will, but like you know you know get it all worked out. But Angela, our travel lady who’s here to help you book your trip to wherever you want to go down in the description below. Uh she’s been helping us getting that transatlantic all set up and ready. Are you Are you nervous about that one? Transatlantic? Yeah. Oh, I’m so excited. Oh, good. I’m not nervous. because both kids are going to love the kids club. Yes, I know. We’re going to go to Paulo and we’re going to have so much time just to like mosey around the I’m so excited. We’re going to dance like this, too. We got to make sure though we’re ready cuz we’re going to do Is it going to be cold and then get warm? Yes. Okay. Like we’re going to go to Bibbid Bobby most likely. Yes, we will for sure. Um Spain, Portugal. Yep. Spain and Portugal. So excited. Yeah, we’re definitely getting off the ship. Yes. Now that we took the kids to Japan and they did really well walking around and everything. Yeah, definitely. I’m going to get off the ship. Even if it’s raining, I don’t care. We’re getting off. Well, we want to get off anyways cuz then we have like eight days at sea. Yeah. Yeah. Um let’s see. Uh what else now? The flights. The flights. Okay, so United said it was weather, but like people were running around the airport the whole time. Okay, now United we don’t really fly them ever unless we have to to get home to Orlando the same night without getting there at 6:00 a.m. in the morning. Um, we had to use United. We knew they were going to be delayed. So I was like, “Okay, we got an hour. You know, we should make it.” And then then they were like, “Well, there’s an issue with the tire.” And then there was like, “Well, we got a taxi, but there’s a plane in the way or something like that.” We were just like, “Oh my gosh.” So when we landed is when we were supposed to be on the other plane and take off. But when we landed, as soon as I turned on my phone, we had a delayed message from the other flight. And it’s the only reason we made it. And we kind of rushed across the airport. So like the kids were super tired. Ally was getting emotional cuz we mentioned Pebbles. Yeah, she’s like, “Why are we walking so fast?” She’s tired, you know. Hi, Ally. Did you miss Pebbles? Yeah. And then we got home and they like SM But Pebbles was shedding everywhere. So, he’s been a nightmare with his hair. But this is Alli’s new roller skates. We said when we get back from Japan, we would get her roller skates. So, we got her roller skates. She’s scared of them, but she’s trying. She’s not giving up. We’re being brave. That’s right. And we’re trying. Mhm. How’s your How’s your bacon? It’s good. You happy to be home now? Yeah. When What do you want to do now? You want to go to kindergarten? Kindergarten. That’s right. She asks us all the time, can I go to kindergarten now? Huh? [Music] And you want to go to cheerleading? So, we got a lot of projects with Ally. So, yeah. Yeah. Ally was a little emotional and we were rushing across the airport so she got and she was really tired. Yeah. She was like, “Why are we walking so fast?” I’m like, “Cuz we got to make our plane. Otherwise, we didn’t want to miss the plane.” I messed up. I said, “Otherwise, we’re not going to be able to go home and see Pebbles tonight.” She’s like, “Bro.” Yeah. And that’s when the whole emotional breakdown happened. But I got her some candy. Instantly smiled. And uh everybody in the airport was running though. It was such a mad house. Um, yeah. I don’t know why that’s the second time that’s happened to us. Yeah, that’s both United. So, um, let’s see. What else? Uh, the United planes were good. This Okay. The seats were a little weird. Were they weird to you? Yes. Like to watch the video, your head to be like this weird angle. Yeah. I think what was weird about the flight was like all the TV systems they have in there. Like we were on a 737 Max 9 or whatever what it was like a newer plane and like half of the screen systems inside the airplane didn’t work. Yeah. Aliers had wasn’t working. They had to reset it. Yeah. But it was nice to have a TV though. Oh, I know. I know. Zip Air does not have TV entertainment. So, yeah. But it was cheap. I know. If it’s not free to do, it’s cheap to do. That’s right. That’s how I work. Cheap to do for a long flight like that. If it’s over 6 hours, I recommend giving them. It’s not worth the extra $300 per person to go have a TV at your seat. So much better. Sell more shirts. Either way, per person. Huh? Yeah. Yeah. It was 1,100 plus our bag and food to fly to Japan. I know. $1,161. Um, but then if I would have took like Delta United, um, ANA or anything like that, it was 2,000 plus one way. So, little inconvenience. You were playing on your phone anyways. It’s because I didn’t have anything to watch. I think so. Hulu didn’t let us sign in in Japan. Yeah, it it works here now though, right? Yeah. So, I downloaded all my stuff on Hulu here and then wouldn’t let you do it there. Yeah, I um use Soundcloud for my music that I listen to and a lot of the soundtracks and music that I listen to is not available in Japan as well. So, I have to go through and like it’s like it’s just country origin and stuff like that. Even think about that. Either way, now we’re rambling, but um we are home. Tanner is asleep still. Yeah, he’s been staying up late playing Fortnite and Minecraft. Yeah, the kids yearn for the mines. Summer vacation. Yeah, he’s trying to get it in before, you know. Yep. And then we got a bunch of fireworks. It’s messy in the storage room. But as you can see, we got fireworks. Fireworks. Another bag of fireworks. Um, more up there. And then down under my desk, I got boxes of fireworks down under there. So, we got plenty of fireworks for the Fourth of July today. Um, but that’s going to be it everybody. 6. I enjoyed your Japan videos!
PS – i'm new to the home / family life videos of yours – what is 'Pebbles'? I thought it was a tortoise with a name like that, but you mentioned hair shedding in this video so now i have no idea haha! A hamster?

  7. So glad you all had a lovely time🥰💛 Ali with her roller skates🥰🛼so cutee💕💕

  8. Hi Ron ! I watched and enjoy l everything UNTIL you mentioned going to Sea World. I urge you to not ever patronize that place. I know they do sea rescue but until they stop using whales as entertainment no one should be going there. That is a red line for me. I don’t watch any streamer that goes there. I cannot support it.

  9. Your kids are such seasoned travelers now. It was fun following along on your adventures in Japan. Can't wait for your next adventure! I work for a public school system, and you should be able to contact the school now to ask permission for travel for the cruise. The principal is the one that makes the decision and they work all summer. They also assign the teachers for the next grade before school ends for the year so they know who your kids teachers will be this school year as well.
