Japan Vlog! | First Time in Tokyo!

oh you know what I’m saying hands held high raise them up to the sky never let them go only thought you should know hands held high raise them up to the sky never let them blow go just had our very first family month experience here in Japan Tokyo and we’re going to enjoy our breakfast here on the curb now so cool just for starters I got an orange juice i got a nice coffee uh echo and on tuna my glasses
i will not got a lot of meaning to get to you when I’m in a spot thought about what’s the season oh yeah summer feeling so hot I could burn in my slumber turn the lights off and let the beat drop i’m the meanest rapper and I feed on rappers a lot i need not encourage the courage I got
all right we just went to a palist shopping spree i got a new microphone so hopefully this sounds good anyway um we are going to meet with a couple of other creators i haven’t met them before but we’re going to meet them at the Italian restaurant not very Japanese but um uh hope we’re going to find some sp space there so let’s go so we actually met up with Julian Alina Adrian and a guy called Pedro all of them are also creators and it’s just crazy how you can meet like-minded people all across the globe like that anyway after lunch we made our way outside and started exploring Akiabara i’m independent i write them in my pen if you want a party tonight put them in the air like a pennet i blow with the breeze flow with the ease and eat all my spinach i’m cold I’m low in degrees i could freeze a fe in a minute
some magic carb fish pancakes can we get some of these bad boys chocolate
yeah I got
120 thank you oh yeah good
yeah really i think I’m going to get really hot good
it’s hot you had ice cream in it so after our snacks we decided to meet up at the Tokyo Tower for some sunset vibes we got some dope day toight shots and a sick frame at the 7-Eleven down the street but it was time for us to say goodbye to the gang as they were heading to Osaka but Johnny and I still had some exploring left to do in Tokyo yo we’re just out here in Yoy Yogi in Tokyo and uh we were on the merge of finding like cool train station shots of bridges and everything and I swear to God right after Yoy yoga station we found the perfect literally the perfect train station shot and I just stood there for like a hot minute and I was like “Okay might as well just take the first shot.” And yo it was perfect it was like the best still frame shot I’ve ever taken my whole life so far that was crazy dude anyway there’s so many cool stations here we going to shoot as much as possible um there’s another spot actually right around the corner with Johnny’s right now and yeah just going to explore the [ __ ] out of this man it’s I’ve never seen such a cinematic city it’s insane so we’re damn we’re in Shinjuku right now um and we’re in this big crossing and we just found this super dope still frame and uh anyway it’s kind of sketch because you have to stay in the middle of the street while everybody’s just passing through nobody cares about you like always uh which is always fine but uh we were waiting in the middle of the street until the light turned red again and I started sprinting to the other side and now we lost Johnny man it’s just standing in the middle of the street okay [Music] oh guys we just got to this famous fish mark spot i’m going to show you right now that’s the one i don’t know if you’ve seen it but it’s pretty famous um and we want to get some just to check it out get a few night shots see how it looks like and uh yeah as you can see it’s closed because obviously the only day it’s closed is a Monday and we didn’t check that anyway uh we’re going to head to Itchan itchan we’re going to head to Itchan i’m going to have to have have my very first Japanese ramen experience super excited for that and then we’re going to call it a day and uh explore this beautiful city tomorrow but I just found a very cool train track right next to it and I hope I’m going to get a cool shot there so see you in ramen [Music] i just got to run spot super super super excited man i love this [ __ ] country it’s crazy um anyway I don’t know if I can film in there it’s pretty pretty tight but I’m definitely going to film with my phone if anything so I’ll see you there i’m going to update you how amazing that thing tastes [Music] [Music] [Music] sorry [Music] good morning guys it’s Tuesday um we’re starting the day obviously we’re going to go to family family m first got to grab some breakfast uh plan is today that we’re going to head to Asakusa um also going to check out a few temples and [ __ ] and yeah we’ll see um if we’re going to get some cinematic shots there that’s the plan basically so I’ll see you there [Music] i just had a little accomplishment at the family market station we just had breakfast um we stopped filming unfortunately but there was a cute little um grandma sitting right next to us and she was very kind because she spoke very easy Japanese to us but I was able to understand and had a little conversation about like oh it’s going to going to rain and stuff but not going to lie it might not be huge for you guys but I’m stoked about it that’s like a huge accomplishment right now all the years of watching anime it’s paying off right now [Music] this is dope it’s a little surprise what we got for you is as you guys know there’s like this Tory gates the red ones and in Kyoto which is always incredibly packed but there’s an alternative here in Tokyo and we’re going to check out how packed it is apparently it’s apparently there are no people at all most of the time so we’ll see [Music] that place looks so cool [Music] so apparently everybody’s um bowing before they enter the temple and we don’t want to be disrespectful
oh yeah so um I think we’re just going to do the same thing i’m going to lowkey hold the camera locals so as you can see nobody is here it’s absolutely crazy that you can find spots like that in the middle of Tokyo where you can just have the entire spot for yourself and that’s why the moment I said nobody’s here people came in anyway almost nobody’s here you basically got the entire spot for yourself you can film so many things right now it’s crazy and um I’m incredibly excited to see what we can come up come up with so whatever it’s going to be you’re going to see it in a minute so all in a second right now [Music] better [Music] never going to give you all right
so there’s this one drink in Japan it’s called mountain soda and I start to watch this one Tik Tok guy he’s a German guy he’s doing all these Tik Tok videos and he always goes to all the 7-Elevens Fanny Marts whatever and everything every single time he goes to one of those shops he takes a man soda and I had such a hard time finding one of those man sodas a couple last couple of days uh I actually thought they don’t have it anymore but found a package and now we’re about to try it so we’ll see how it’s going to taste cheese bro tastes like um honey melon
honeylon yeah bro that’s pretty good that’s pretty good honeymelon soda it’s good it’s good it’s a little bit too much on the sweet side for me
but Okay all right
but I dig it probably going to get it again all right i feel like it has a little bit more gas it would be it would be if it has a little bit more gas would be much better
more sparky sparky okay all right that’s it with the review do you have a a booger
no all right okay see you tokyo has been incredible so far but something I was really looking forward to was meeting some locals which as some of you know is incredibly hot in Japan but I think
we got lucky so today is a very exciting day because the other day me and Johnny uh went shopping and while we were shopping in this random uh mall we met uh one of the employees and his name is Ka and he actually um approached us because of our cameras which was very kind uh and this whole conversation and it led to us exchanging our Instagrams and now we got a local photographer i’m gonna link him down below please check him out he’s really really cool also if you need any advice or someone to shoot with here in Tokyo definitely hit him up he’s super super cool anyway um we’re about to meet him um I think it’s going to be very very cool um very very cool day um because he’s going to show us so many secret locations and um you have no idea how excited I am this is very cool cuz we just checked out all the public um most known spots you know uh but now we’re actually going to going to get some local experience so dope hi Ka how are you hey
hi
how are you you good
yes of course
going through some local alleyways with Ka Kasan was so cool we took some wild shots here and there and finally got to know him a little bit better oh Coy you said you just um You just said you moved to Japan right where when was that when did you move to Osaka
like first time
first time seven or eight years
eight years ago eight years
that’s crazy
so you’ve been told in Japan told like for at least 8 years now almost 10
yeah so I mean you learn Japanese so you want to use it so this is better and improve also improve your language skill and yeah it’s my dream to cooking yeah that’s true it’s very very cool
cuz play a lot of games watching a lot of anime
yeah your whole lifestyle is just surrounded by Japanese culture so what’s your favorite anime oh it is so difficult too many
too many yeah that’s true you can’t choose one it’s disrespectful to all the other anime
yeah I can
so when did you pick up a camera first
i think when I go to Japan and first year I get some job in a hotel
mhm
and get some money and I buy buy my first camera first camera
yeah so 750 uh bye
that’s crazy so you you’ve been living in Japan for 8 years now been creating since then as well cuz you just got your camera when you got here with your first job how old are you wow wow actually I told to my my my coworker that’s a secret
it’s a secret well it’s okay i I’m over 30 so
over 30 there’s no way
how old
35
you look like 34
34 34 years old there’s no way
i just one or two coworker know my real age because we have a lot of you the student working in our shop
in our store
so I don’t want to make a distance right that’s insane i would have I would have guessed you at like 22 23
i always thought that you 34 is insane of course it’s absolutely insane he moved to Japan 8 years ago and he actually grew up in Taiwan so he’s actually not born and raised in Japan which I didn’t know i actually thought he was a Japanese person but um his entire life his entire lifestyle is just built around Japanese culture he loves watching anime he loves watching he loves the Japanese culture um everything he does um is kind of like related with Japan so his dream was to work in Japan and 8 years ago he finally managed to become make his dream come true and uh yeah now he’s working in a clothing shop and is trying to work his way up it’s insane it’s very inspiring it’s crazy that he’s 34 holy [ __ ] like he looks 22 insane i’m still in absolute disbelief how young he looks anyway as we were just walking around the neighborhood we started to get hungry and made our way to the local fish bar or don’t butcher me if that’s wrong anyway it was really cool to go to a proper local restaurant and have an original sake experience thank you thank you thank you very cool very cool for you showing us around and everything um it’s my first time to see the professional creative
oh we’re not professional at all we just
I see you guys too and your pictures are great really really good keep it up thank you
thank you
